26號公寓(Residence 26)

位置不好。我不推薦這家酒店。

Sucio, sucio y muy sucio. La habitación que nos dieron era correcta, pero las ventanas estaban sucias de barro, pelos en las almohadas y en los cajones, restos de residuos nasales pegados en la pared, el labavo inservible, la ducha llena de suciedad y la repisa de la ventana con manchas de vasos, el sofa azul rasgado y lleno de polvo, parades y nevera con manchas de restos de comida, los armarios y las puertas de la minicocina sucios, ...en fin, Hicimos el checking y una reclamación al mismo hotel y a Booking y al mismo dia nos fuimos. Un detalle: la calle llena de gente pinchandose y tirada por el suelo.

Lo sto i. Zona ad alto rischio, piena di tossici e spacciatori. Persone che bivaccano per strada in condizioni pietose e che rendono anche il solo passaggio molto insicuro. Struttura fatiscente e molto sporca. Abbiamo dormito sopra le coperte perché le lenzuola erano sporche. L’ascensore era pieno di sputi non lavati da giorni. Unica nota positiva il personale alla reception era molto disponibile. Ma a una certa ora stacca…

Mancanza totale di costumer care. Praticamente impossibile contattare la strttura per segnalare e discutere le problematiche riscontrate. È importante cercare di soddisfare le richieste della clientela soprattutto in periodo particolari senza cercare di 'spillare' fino all'ultimo centesimo.

It’s nothing like what they show on the photos. First of all, there was a tiny cockroach on the counter of our room. The plates and cups in the drawer weren’t washed from the last visitors. Our shower was moldy and dirty, I didn’t risk going in there without my flip flops. The floor in the bedroom was covered in some waxy cleaning product, it felt weird to walk on it. The rooftop was supposed to be this cute hangout place with tables and hammocks but in reality everything was completely trashed, there was almost no furniture except a few chairs and sofa that looked like they just brought it from the garbage can. In the end, the place was advertised as “sound proof” and it said the neighborhood was supposed to be quiet but in reality there is a kindergarten right outside the window and every morning starts with kids yelling and blasting music which you can hear even with your windows closed. This stay was not worth the money at all.

Der Rezeptionist war kompetent und mit Lösungen immer schnell. In unserem Zimmer war alles in gutem Zustand. Aber die Umgebung ist laut: Flugzeuge, Müllabfuhr ab 4:30 am Morgen, Betrunkener singt die halbe Nacht, Leute schlafen auf der Strasse am Tag...

漂亮，乾淨……但是接待冷淡，不友好……也許是因為我付了錢 當我五個月前預訂時......!!!???
