Este hotel es una estafa para turistas. No vayas. Las fotos que aparecen no son reales. Hoteles como estos no deberían publicit**** de ningún modo. Las condiciones del alojamiento son totalmente insalubres.

Most horrendous place ever, not fit for humans. No resemblance to the booking pictures (even cleaner said they were old pictures) supposed to be a junior suite (by that they meant a scabby chair & microwave in the bedroom). Fire alarm off ceiling, paper in light fixture, cigarette burns on side table & linens not fit for cats. Asked for refund refused, booking. com should be ashamed to offer this accommodation. Even the taxi driver said there was no hotel in the area which was like a ghetto & building looked derelict, outside graffiti laden & bars on windows. We ended up walking 30mins (as sabbath) to another at a additional cost of £835....absolutely shocking from the property & ***********

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL. I made a reservation with them and when I arrived at. Hotel, I am told they have no electric light in the room. Rather it seemed that they were all occupied. I looked for another hotel nearby and canceled the reservation. They told me they would pay the money back. Well, after 1 month they say they don't give it back to me. They are scammers

It is a terrible place, Full with mold and the walls are wet Couldn't breathe there A waste of money Between 2 fast roads! And the shower is dirty and you have to hold the water, And stop every 2 minutes in order to keep the water in the room (all over the floor, gets behind the toilet seat) so it won't go in the room itself!!

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews because this was a last minute reservation. As soon as we got there I asked to leave but the owner refused to give back the money. It does not deserve to be called a hotel. it is in a parking lot, surrounded by a construction site and trash. The rooms are extremely noisy and do not smell well nor look clean. We ordered with a jacuzzi and asked for the 30 mr room which they assured we would get. Instead they gave us a much smaller room with a very small jacuzzi and right next to the construction site and on the edge of the parking lot. The owner moved us to a bigger room with no jacuzzi and offered to return 100 shekels (about $30) because there was no jacuzzi but she still hasnt returned the money. The place is unsafe with very dangerous electric wiring and right next to a big construction site. We only stayed because she wouldnt return the money and we were hardly in the room. It cost 650 shekels (about $187) without breakfast. The TV didnt work either. There are plenty of other hotels at this price range in Tel Aviv. Do not go here. The parking cost us another $45!!!!

Very good and excellent location located at the very center of Tel Aviv. Clean rooms and accomodating staff. I strongly recommend. All walking distance to the places like restaurants, malls and beach.

I hope this review can keep other people from being scammed the way we were. We had booked the King Suite with Spa Bath via *********** with 16 pictures being clearly marked with the name of the suite and a list of what should be included in the room. Instead of a 30 square meter suite with a seating area, city view, and a sleeping couch, we were shown a small, damp room in the basement with a view of the parking with a bathroom that didn't even have a shower curtain so you had to shower over the toilet. Both the employee and his manager whom I spoke with on the phone, told us we would be fully refunded if we were unhappy. So we booked another hotel down the road and left. We contacted *********** a couple of hours later and filed a report and send them the pictures of the room we were given. The next day, the hotel booked us as a "no show". *********** tried on 4 occasions to ask the hotel to refund us. Later, the hotel lied and said we had been there (after saying we were a no show days before!) and were given the room we had booked and left for "no good reason". I am disappointed to say that *********** would not allow us to review the hotel, despite the fact that we had paid for it, were there in person and submitted proof that the hotel had lied to *********** and photographs of the room were given. No wonder the hotel has good reviews on *********** if all the other people who have left the hotel because they were not given the rooms they had booked and already paid for are not allowed to leave reviews! I have lost faith in *********** after this awful experience and can't believe we lost 195 Euros despite submitting proof of pictures that we were there, the room we were given was not what we booked. The hotel first lied to *********** and said we were a no show even though we sent this proof the night before. Days later, the told *********** that we were there and given the room we booked and left for "no good reason".

Tourist trap! Avoid it! Very small worn down hotel, in the middle of construction work going on. Rooms are tiny, dirty and smelly. I booked for four nights and could not cancel. When my managers learnt about where I was staying, they immediately booked another hotel and told me to get out of there. They were ashamed that this hotel was even on the list in the company booking application.

This hotel is a thief. They have stolen 429.5 euro from me and have been unresponsive in giving it back. When I called they ask me to call back in a few hours, and so on. Then they just stopped answering. They don't respond to whatsapp, email, **********, or phone. I had a "pay upon arrival" booking, I would not be arriving until late July. They charged me within a few days of my booking, attempting more than the full amount, when it did not go through they charged a random 32 euros. I contacted and requested a refund and started to get the run around. Two weeks later they did this again, except when the large amount didn't go through they charged me 163.99. then again, then that amount didn't go through so they charged me a smaller amount and when that didn't go through they charged 68.87. They charged until I had no money left in my bank account, a total of 6 charges, 4 successful within a minute. I called immediately only to be told that no one was there to help, and to call back later. It's been a month now and I have not received any money back from them. My refund requests were also denied through the bank. I thought it could be a communication problem, and had a friend who speaks Hebrew also help me. She showed me a log of her calling and being ignored after the initial "call back in two hours" she got, when she did she was once again asked to "call back in two hours." The hotel hasn't been responsive since. I am a student who lives on a 700 euro stipend each month, and they took 429.5. They are scammers and crooks and the customer service is abysmal. I've even cancelled my reservation and still not received my funds. I had to cancel my card for fear they would charge me even more. Do not stay, do not give your card info. I saw after the fact on trip advisor a similar review, and it disgusts me businesses like this can get away with theft.
