The staff are lovely, the rooms are adequate, no usb ports, tiny clothes cupboard, the rainwater shower didn't work and the food is terrible in both the restaurant and the buffet. My husband and I both got sick after eating here.

Nothing to like about this property, and the staff was rude, incompetent, lazy, and unprofessional

I stayed 2 nights and got charged for 3. Between you and the hotel nobody could make a decision to refund me 1 nights' stay due to a medical emergency on my part. I am only 1 guy, but I have a lot of friends and colleagues in the travel and leisure industry. This will not be left unreported. Cheers,

The room was very good however the Buffet breakfast was nothing short of disgusting. The buffet dinner was also well below par. Dinner from Pacino was hood

No booking when we got there. As such had to rebook and paid more.

Great place to stay, renovation of the parking area at the moment hinders parking. This is the first time I have stayed in over 30stays that I have had an uncomfortable bed. It was like sleeping on bags of concrete.

Great hotel, clean, fresh, staff are wonderful. Area isn’t too desirable though

We stay here a bit. It’s convenient because they have dining options and there’s a bar and bistro. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Staff are excellent and heaps of free Parking.
