O hotel mudou a administração e baixou os preço, vive lotado e confuso, com muitos funcionários inexperientes e sem comprometimento com o atendimento aos hóspedes. Ainda se salvam o café da manhã e as arrumadeiras, sempre muito gentis. É um hotel decadente, na área msis decadente de Teresina. Há opções melhores próximo ao Rio Poty, é só procurar.

首先,酒店對路途的人來說很有位置:是街對面,正點,但是,進入建築的住,發現缺少組織,廚房有點髒,暗。房間沒有可訪問的攝像機,除了電視攝像機,門破了,房間很小,室有PVC門,不能鎖。

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel but this was the most disappointing as far as the hotel goes. The cleanliness is questionable as a matter of fact there was dust on the nightstand in the room. We had issues with the TV not working throughout our stay, the gym, which asked us to disinfect the equipment, did not provide the products. It seems no one cleans the gym. I was there for 10 days and was the only one going to the lobby to request the cleaning products. Staff is friendly but they don’t act proactively to anticipate needs for the customers. The only thing that saved our stay is the restaurant. Wow, the restaurant is spectacular! From the maître D Everaldo who was always available and supporting the team to Venicius, Denilson , Eugênia , Camila , Kaio, Antonio ( I know I am missing a few) and all others who served us so beautifully during our stay. They are the best Teresina has to offer and certainly deserve to be recognized for excellence in service. We spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant or enjoying a meal by ourselves or with family and friends and every single time the food and the service were consistently great. Perhaps, the restaurant team can teach the hotel staff a thing or two about customer service.

寬的現代化房間。我的公寓有2個非常舒適的雙牀,室也很寬,配備優質的毛,全早餐配有許多時機選項。他們對照和細節的區別,非常好!

Nossa estadia foi basicamente um pernoite, chegamos fomos bem recebidos, as crianças estavam c fome e o buffet era de apenas caldos e funcionava até as 21hs... uma pena pq não tivemos tempo hábil , mas estavam c a cara de bem apetitosos. Mas não ficamos mal não... rrsds, anexo ao hotel tem uma casa de massas maravilhosa. Não percam a oportunidade de conhecer. Os quartos bem agradáveis, limpos cheirosos e bem espaços( coisa rara). Café da manhã, bem servido e agradável.
