Leaking roof, the sink in our room constantly sounded like it was draining (loudly), the heater made a really loud squealing noise the whole time it was on, and the room smelled bad.

Very friendly and helpful

Water was shut off while i was in middle of shower. Found a roach in my my drink. Bathroom in lobby looked liked it hasnt been clean in months. Went to use phone in room was sticky . Not sure what went on there. When asked to get partial refund was told could lnt be helped because i went through 3rd party. I believe that was the manager i was talking to. She seemed that what happened to me was nothing new and not surprised. I will say the night lady (she explained how 3rd parties work)and other lady in the morning were more helpful and understanding .

I was charged for my stay & AFTER we checked out I was charged an additional fee. I called and spoke with a woman who claimed it was a fee that they charge on check in and would be refunded a week later - lie as the hold was not put on my account until late the day we checked out. While trying to discuss it with her, she hung up on me. I called back and again and explained that they did not charge the extra fee until after we had checked out. She AGAIN hung up on me. I really wish I could find a number of the corporate office to discuss her attitude & lack of professional behavior. Also during the stay the hotel overnight erased every guest room keys. While eating breakfast we overheard several people coming to the desk and being told they accidentally erased the keycards for every room. I am attempting to contact corporate regarding the unprofessional staff

It was way overpriced for the run down condition that it was . Holes in walls the ones that were patched was poorly done the others was not even patched. Safe was torn out just hanging.50 dollars when it was 200

We had great service, Mindy at the front desk was fabulous. She was friendly, helpful and efficient in getting us checked in. The location is great and would recommend to travelers to the Terre Haute area

Overpriced for the condition and size of the room. Certainly have stayed in nicer places for less

i enjoy staying at this hotel! its very clean and cozy. only thing i dislike is the shower pressure haha other than that its nice

They kicked us out saying we had to many people in the roo. But i got another room an it was me my girlfriend and our two kids one 4year old and other 2 years old the other room i got only had 3 people in it they said that we had 12 people and wouldnt give me another night my house cought on fire a couple weeks back and thats way i was there

No pool. Right on highway. Loud. Dirty linens. No shampoo/soaps. Tiny towels. Thin blanket as comforter

It looked like the show and tub had not had a good cleaning, there was black crud in the corner of the tub walls. you could also see black on the edge of the tub mat. I told them about it and was told they would check into it. Stayed at Super 8 before and never had an issue.

The room was nice but getting to it was abit shady. But we’re here just over night.
