The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Estuvimos 7 días alojados en el hotel. Un empleado de recepción, no tenemos claro si es jefe de recepción o empleado nos engañó en varias ocasiones . Cada vez que le pedíamos información sobre un lugar y pedíamos un taxi llamaba a alguien d su confianza y nos elevaba el precio cuando un taxi en la calle era mucho menor..nos engañaba para qued**** con el dinero. Este chico es bajo, delgado y moreno, su nombre no lo sé porque no llevaba placa de identificación en su camisa. Tiene muy pocas habilidades sociales con el cliente. A veces nos hablaba con poco respeto y con mucha soberbia. A sus propios compañeros les gritaba y no los trataba bien. Jamás en mi vida me he encontrado con un recepcionista que trabaje de cara al público con tan poca educación y habilidad social. Los demás recepcionistas eran encantadores. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. En general los demás empleados del hotel eran muy amables a excepción de este señor, que se queria hacer el agosto engañando al cliente y llenando su bolsillo.

Hôtel très propre avec un personnel très sympathique. La literie est très confortable, les équipements sanitaires et de confort ( Clim,frigidaire, tv satellite, sèche cheveux) sont excellents. Un autre avantage de cet Hôtel réside dans son emplacement. Il est idéalement bien situé pour les principales curiosités de la ville ( médina, place Feddan, dar El Oddi etc…) qui sont à quelques minutes de marche à pied au départ de l’hôtel.

Hôtel idéalement bien situé en plein centre ville. La plupart des activités à faire à Tetuan se trouvent à proximité. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Literie confortable, chambre propre. Je recommande cet établissement.

The hotel is very well located in the “new” town of Tatouan. The staff are excellent- helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but very adequate. No fault to them. Quibbles include the fact that the hotel does not have a bar in the accepted sense of that word. It does not serve alcohol of any description. The “mini bar” in each room is , in fact, a very of and totally empty fridge. It is not even plugged in. The breakfast is included in the price if the room. You would certainly have plenty to eat and would never leave while still feeling hungry. However, as we stated several nights there we learned the breakfast never changes. It is precisely the same every morning. After 4 nights it has become very boring. The hotel - especially Mohammed in reception- organised an English speaking guide at a reasonable cost. The guide was very friendly and informative. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation but don’t expect it to be like a European hotel.

Great location to visit the Medina and the surrounding.

I spent 5 nights at this lovely hotel last December-2022.I can recommend it very highly.The hotel is in a central location within walking distance of many of the sights.The room I was given was large and very clean and serviced daily.I want to mention the staff who really made my stay a memorable one-Hamza,Mohammed and Nisterine,and in the dining room Abila and Mohammed.The food here was excellent and breakfast each morning really prepared me for the day ahead.The staff were what really made my stay so enjoyable as they were always available to offer help and advice.Thanks to Mohammed for his help with my luggage on the morning I was leaving and for finding me a taxi to the bus station....This place is excellent and I am happy to give it 10 out of 10.

I was very happy staying in atenas hotel, the food prices was very convenient The hotel very strict about the safety so they clean a couple of time in day

Super Empfang, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und das W-LAN ist wirklich gut. Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber bequem. Betten sind auch gut. Nur die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht perfekt einstellen. Frühstück war auch lecker. Klassisches Marokkanisches Frühstück mit einem hervorragendem Service. Hotel liegt in der Medina.
