Courtyard Navi Mumbai

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

Short stay All good But there was no bar available that day for hotel guests..that was a bit disappointing All bars were reserved for events...

Friendly stuff, helpful, curious for talking. I feel like home.

I dont know, what should I say.. Definately its a great hotel but my experience was not great.... I have booked a dinner date in courtyard pavilion with my wife for her birthday through Swiggy by paying some amount too. But there service is not at par of any 5 star hotel, I called them repeatedly, but no one picked up the call, I was calling them for making some extra arrangement for the birthday..But no one has picked the phone, luckily I booked at Vivanta too, and they confirmed the booking 4 days before and when I called them today, they instantly responded and made all the arrangements, great service and hospitality. Very bad impression of Courtyard Navi Mumbai.

I would like to suggest not to ever go in this hotel and never take membership for gym. There is a gym trainer his name is Shahrukh one the worst guy and lust full person. Judges girl as per the clothes they were and MSG them personally. He even ask for money to send in his personal ac. May the community removes him and hire someone who values their work and don't spoil the name of the gym and the hotel. Note down his name is Shahrukh.

I would give 0 rating I contacted one of the gym trainer Shahrukh And i had one of the worst experience from that guy he is communicating me harrasing me messaging me personally on my personal number asking for money and telling to transfer money in his personal account. This is spoiling the reputation of the hotel and the gym. Pls remove such ppl from work. That would make the environment very good and maybe they can get better ratings. Worst person. Mr shahruk. Pls make a note of this name.. and take action against him.

You can list out items which are definitely perfect. Lobby - soothing Food - seriously a different menu daily will surely excite you. A homely experience when it comes to food. Housekeeping - the trio of Prathamesh More, Harsh Lande, Vinay Shinde did a wonderful job. Rooms- size is perfect for a solo traveller

Good hotel in Mumbai, good service from most all of the staff, will call out Prathamesh in room service, as a solid 5 star perfor***ce, nothing was too much trouble for this young ***. Good rooms - spacious, clean and comfortable, can’t go wrong here.
