This is a third stay at this property. This like one of the other times. We were sent to the wrong room/amenities. After a long day of traveling. This is not appreciated. So two incorrect rooms. Another stay resulted in or being trapped in the room for a failed door locking mechanism. We travel 6-10 times a month. We will likely not ise this property again. We prefer Marriotts. Just not this one.

We've stayed at Springhill a couple of times now and the staff have always been courteous and enjoyable to work with.

Great stay as we were driving from California to Texas. Super big room with an amazing comfy bed! Good breakfast and super nice lady at check in.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The pull out couch bed was encased in a frame level with the top of then mattress. The frame had very sharp edges and not safe. The breakfast was pretty lackluster. Stale muffins. No syrup for precooked waffles.

Front desk staff was super friendly. I was in my room in less than 5 minutes. Room was spacious and very clean.

My stay was good my only complaint is the price of the room is ridicules the rooms are nice but not worth 320 dollars for one night it would have been nice to stay for the 3 days of my training but I can't afford it I asked for a government rate or corporate rate and was denied

The only issue was the pullout bed of the sofa was dirty with crumbs/food. Otherwise it was a good stay

Very clean & excellent staff! We love staying here every time we are in the area visiting family.
