埃爾湖旅遊假日公園(El Lago Tourist Park)

Lived here with my mum and sister for about a year, LOVED IT. Everyone is really nice once you meet them and I really want to go back. Dont get me wrong it's super ghetto and dangerous, but thats what i love, if you hate police, dont go here, theres usually at least 2 cop visits a day (very ghetto). I'm in love with the whole place.

Booked into this motel because it looked nice from the photo's they posted. When we got there we went up to 3rd floor with beautiful lake views, walked into our room to find dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed hadn't been cleared and remade. I rang the office and the the owner came up and said "oh" it should've been done. We were willing to wait but he said I only have 1 room left and it's on the ground floor with absolutely no view what so ever. He said it will be better for you both so you dont have to go up n down all of the stairs. I said is that cheaper with no view and he said no. These photo's are of the new room with no view. I wouldn't let a dog sleep there. There was mildew in the shower recess.The bed was very uncomfortable and we were advised by a shop owner in town next time stay anywhere but there. It was absolutely disgusting and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The place looks like an abandoned section, the reception is a few hundred metres down the road at an equally disgusting place. The description is misleading. The grass is uncut and a fire and health risk. The facilities are dirty and disgusting.

Planned on going for a nice family trip for a few days but when we arrived we thought one night would be a better choice as it was so disgusting and smelly, the toilet did not work and clogged every time it was used. The 'tv' didn't even turn on and the bedding was not changed. Lots of robbers in the area and dead insects in the rooms. Overall the 'house' was small but it needed a big deep clean as there was rubbish from vistors left behind and no cleaning facilities. There was even no privacy as the curtains were ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The absolute worst place I've ever paid money to stay at. Do not waste your money. Absokurelt Disgusting. The photos make this place look 5 star compared to what you actually get. I wouldn't even let my kids walk in the room without shoes on. Mould on walls and blinds. Would not stay here again if you paid me - shame as location is great. I only gave 1 star because I had to rate.
