Location was the best with everything within walking distance

辦理入住花了一段時間，因為只有一個人在前台工作。房間很大，但需要做很多工作。特大號床是兩張單人床拼在一起的。這一定是我睡過的最不舒服的床。我的一側傾斜..我會滾到中間。床的另一側沒有支撐，顯然已經坐過很多次了。空調非常吵，百葉窗壞了。家具需要好好清潔。烘乾機門壞了。前幾天沒有互聯網，前三天沒有電視訊號。他們說停電了，正在努力修復。被要求被帶到另一個有風景的房間並被告知是的他們會的。沒有發生。要求給床舖一個床墊，因為它非常不舒服，並答應了。那天下午我們回到房間時沒有禮帽。去接待處詢問並說他們會調查此事。床墊被帶到了房間，但我不得不把它放在床上，因為服務人員在一天中的那個時間不再工作。所以我只好把床打掃乾淨，​​蓋上被子。位置是這家酒店唯一的好處。

I am a property professional with 30 years of experience and this place was a total disappointment. The pool area, the gym, the balcony, the internal stairs in the loft apartment - shocking, all of them. The place should be shut down and completely refurbished and everyone knows it. The owners do not want to spend a cent on this place and it is blatantly obvious. Such a shame.Will not recommend to anyone.

Car park ramps are steep, narrow and dark -terrible to navigate in any wagon or SUV. Kitchen hot plate markings worn off so no idea which way is on/off and what temperature. There is only one 5min park out the front when checking in so we had to drive around for 30mins waiting for it to clear and then only one lift working. Supposed to be non-smoking but level one often reeked.

To be charged over $500 for one night in a room that looks like it was from the mid 70's is outrageous. A TV that was so old you could barely watch it was another disappointing feature. Beds old and uncomfortable. The noise (not the fault of the venue) from the upstairs apartment was unbearable as was the music from Taffy's, a heads up on this would have been nice. Overall, would never stay here again.

Very disappointing. Area is unsafe and we were advised not yo walk far at night. Property is old, furnishings worn and stained. No amenities were open. View was excellent but not worth the price. Would not stay again or return to the area.

This property is definitely showing its age now and the rooms need a refurb. I asked for a 1-bed ocean view which didn't match the photo of what I booked. It was basically dark, narrow, tired and old and a studio with large sliding door separating the bed from the room. After some to/fro with reception, I was moved to a much nicer "refurbished" room, which was smaller, but at least a pleasant room. The gym was offline as well and that information was not volunteered at the time of booking. Would love to have given it higher scores, but its in need of a big update.
