This is a nice hotel but could be improved Selection of wine is poor. Food is mediocre. Rooms are very nice. Staff not overly friendly.

The hotel have nice view …. The breakfast is good over all I will stay there again

Our stay started off rough and almost made us not want to return but the other staff members made up for the issues. Have to start with giving a shout out to Tiffany & Omari at the restaurant who helped when we weren’t receiving help from the desk. Jesse the housekeeper who came to fix the cleanliness issues in our room at 10:30pm was also very friendly. The next day I believe Kimmie sent something to our room to apologize for the issues that occurred. When we stop by the desk to change money Shammessa (sorry if spelled wrong) was so friendly, even answering the phone with smile, you could hear the hospitality in her voice. Tamera at the desk was also great, friendly everyday we encountered her. After moving our rooms from the first night the housekeeping manager Jumu stopped by to ensure everything was good with the new room which it was minus minor engineering issues that Alston took care of right away. Alston was also very friendly from the first day when he saw us looking lost , offered to walk us to our room and carry our bags. Overall we appreciate the effort that went in to making our stay better. Just some other people to shout out who made our stay memorable was Akim & Dillon (service and entertainment ambassadors) & Matthew, Moses and Lisa (restaurant). I am glad we did not let one person (Nicole) at the front desk ruin our stay. Nicole had opportunity to apologize when she saw us at the desk changing money, and still didn’t, didn’t even acknowledge us and say

The staff was pleasant and willing to assist when needed. They had a friendly and professional. The breakfast option could have been more diverse, I am a vegan/vegetarian and was limited to beans and most times as the options for vegan or vegetarian was limited. A lot more options for meat eaters. 😔 The room I stayed in needed some maintenance, the closet door was falling off, the door handle was also falling off with the screws coming out. The water pressure was low which we reported to the reception desk. The water goes off in the room at nights. The entertainment is limited, the television in the rooms are smart to but with no access to watch Netflix or any streaming platforms, just the basic channels which doesn’t work sometimes. Overall the stay was good.

Positives 1. Great hotel location near St. George's town and popular attractions. 2. The resort is huge and right on the beach side with plenty land games (pool table, foosball table, table tennis table, lawn tennis) for guess to play. All sea events/games had a fee attached. Negatives: 1. Upon checking into the room we were welcomed to a room full of mosquitoes and basically left the bags in the room and headed to the nearest supermarket still opened to purchase some bug spray and mosquito repellent. We fumigated the room and gave it some time to work while we took in a live band performance. I guess the spray worked because the next morning we woke up to a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We basically sprayed each time we left the room in an attempt to keep the mosquitos at bay. On day 2 we found yet another dead cockroach this time next to the mini fridge and then another on the final day of the stay. 2. Breakfast quality was subpar, with omelettes needing specific instructions. 3. Poor room cleanliness with mold and tattered furniture. 4. The main pool was closed for renovations which was great however I almost fell into the pool on my way back to the room. The resort lightning is very poor at night 5. Inattentive beach attendant prioritizing socializing over assisting guests. 6. Overall, the hotel has a great location and recreational options, but it faces several issues related to room cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.

The Radisson Grenada is a quiet location on the beach front. Totally enjoyed the facilities except for the nuisance of birds that was present for each breakfast session in the facility's restaurant.
