悉尼巖石區龍都酒店(Rendezvous Hotel Sydney the Rocks)

We didnt know there were steps to get there and another route will be slopes only to pull up all our luggages.

We booked overnight stay as seeing a concert at the Opera house. Lovely hotel, friendly & helpful staff, great location. Love the Rocks area & close to Circular Quay. We had a great view from our room too. Only negative was one of the chairs on the balcony had a ripped seat & couldn’t be used & the duvet, although between 2 sheets, had dubious stains on it.

We had a six night stay. On arrival we were allocated a room that was not what we had paid for. We were told the room we had paid for would be available the following day. We did not find this arrangement acceptable. The location is excellent & very close to all amenities. The carpet & furnishings are very basic. The gym had limited equipment.

A very clean ApartHotel in original historic Sydney THE ROCKS. Our room had a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and bath. Just a bit dated, but functional. If you don’t eat-in, then Daniele local breakfast and lunch spot was a block to the left and adjacent to a food mini market. A traditional non-tourist bar is dirextly across from Daniele. A two block paved street leads downhill to the Cruise Terminal. Circular Quay has ferry trips. Don’t miss the Opera House. Viator pickup at Four Season is a block away with another mini-market. The Rocks has LOTS of STAIRS in the neighborhood, but with Maps they may be avoided. Some nice walks and historic sites nearby.

This is a lovely property. I had the Heritage room at the front of the property, which was very atmospheric but dull in terms of natural light, but that I suppose is a product of the times. the kitchen is a product of the 1970's but is did not need to cook I was on the street frontage, but it was extremely quiet . be aware if it rains too hard, there are drainage issues with the Heritage rooms It is a really extremely well located property walking distance to everything in the The Rocks

While the property is quite dated, the amenities were clean and comfortable for the single night that I stayed for. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was walking distance for what I needed, and well known for Uber and UberEats. Complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were of good quality too, and the towels were nice and fluffy.

Overnight stay in Sydney, chose The Rocks for close proximity to Circular Quay train station and The Opera House. Great views over the harbour from the 6th floor, spacious room with kitchen. Lobby, pool area is well set up. Staff very friendly and efficient. Will stay again.

Overall pleasurable experience, staff were lovely but we weren’t provided any parking spots and ended up paying more to park our car than what we did to hire it ($137) apartment was quite old but had a lovely view (when it wasn’t blocked by a cruise ship)
