Beautiful place to relax. After lots of travelling I was looking for somewhere to just be by myself and relax and read. This place was perfect. The pool was small so if it was being used it felt busy but there was plenty of of gardens to sit and relax in

It's good place to stay in a calm atmosphere it's near to my friends home, it's recommended to stay

Property location & ambience is good. But staffs behavior to the guest is very bad& also food is useless one. Most of the items are not available based on menu. Outside foods are not allowed that's ok but based on the food service and quality is very worst-less

We booked the river-view room on the ground floor. Booking was done through ClubW, a travel planning company, which I recently joined. We managed to get a room in spite of the Onam holidays. Though we stayed there for only 1 day, it was a good experience. We enjoyed the small swimming pool (depth 3ft - 5 ft). There is a restaurant that serves delicious food at a reasonable price. We need to order in advance. The hotel reception helped us arrange a 1-hour Shikara boat ride through the Pamba River, enjoying the scenic beauty of Kuttanad. Alappuzha town is around 14km from Triveny River Palace. Another nearby attraction is the 1500-year-old St.Mary's Basilica. There are around 13 rooms including river view and garden view suites. We enjoyed the stay.

Its not like a resort. It's just a homely set up. Nothing for site seeing, and not value for money. I don't recommend it if someone is looking for a resort. Even the food is costly.

It was average. The staff was good and courteous. The pool is small. It's good for this price point.

Rooms were not clean in the washrooms showers were not working properly when you book the room they show the beautiful pictures but in reality it is not the same

Rooms are average. There is a issue of hot water in suit room- otherwise everything is upto the mark. Restaurant service is excellent, Chef Mr prakash has served us very tasty food as per our requirement. Specially we enjoyed a jain food here. All staff are well trained. We didnt get much time due to our hectic schedule but we enjoyed our small stay trip. Mr allan is young and very well trained manager. He connected us with chef for fulfilling our jain food requirement. Staff- staff are well trained, they are calm and entertained us with smiley face. Overall its nice small trip experience. Location is little bit away from city and its little bit confusing to reach. One should just remeber a church and take a right turn from that church to reach this place.
