The management in the hotel is really nice and helping one. The breakfast in the hotel you can't even imagine what level it has.. Hygiene and cleanliness is also one of the factor to visit this hotel again. Is really obedient and polite as well .The staffs approach & behaviour is So good especially Avanthika.she is genuine at the front desk.Her dedication ensured a personalized & memorable experience in my stays ✌️😎

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel location is very close to Trivandrum central railway station & market place. Restaurant has been closed since covid days, told reception personnel. Breakfast was O.K., which was provided in hotel highland which is located opposite to highland park. Many restaurants are available nearby. Room & bathroom was neat & clean & well ventilated. Room service was prompt & quick. Overall a very good hotel to stay at trivandrum.

Location - prime location Customer response - very good Rooms - neat and very good. Bathrooms - neat and well maintained Restaurant - good choice of food items Food items - mostly non-veg. But, veg food options also available. Food preparation - Good. But needs more taste Cost of the food - slightly high. Restaurant ambience - very good Seating arrangements in restaurant - Good Transportation to local areas - arranged by the hotel management itself. Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.

The hotel's traditional Kerala architecture, characterized by wooden features, added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance. Situated just steps away from the pristine shores of Kovalam Beach, the location couldn't have been more perfect. The homely food served here was a culinary delight, offering a taste of authentic Kerala cuisine. Clean and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. I can't wait to return to Kovalam Beach Hotel for another memorable stay!

訪訪客We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

先從這個地方點點到點參觀日期(5月7日至5月8日)1-凌晨8.30左右到達酒店一點早。助理經理(Mahesh)表示,在與經理確認後,他將嘗試在11點之前給房間(經理拒絕分享他的名字,但在孟買科拉巴的招待所工作了11年)經理拒絕了,並要求額外支付金額。我理解的一定是政策。但是經理的傲慢很難錯過2-房間裏面都是蚊子。沒有肥皂。亞麻布不整潔3-亮點(退房)我們在11.30官方時間退房,要求把行李放在一邊一段時間,直到我們得到一些衣服和零食。經理回覆不超過1小時,因爲它會給我們造成干擾。如果2袋保存在等候區的角落,如何會產生干擾。第二部分-我們下午1.10到達後,他沒有欣賞。我們向經理詢問我們可以參觀的其他地方,他完全沒有線索,對回答沒有興趣。當我們靜靜地坐在等候區時,他讓我們以非常粗魯的方式離開。你不能要求客人離開酒店,他們不會給其他顧客帶來任何不便。請請避免這個地方只是爲了經理。他不值得在酒店行業。我真的希望物業的所有者注意到這一事件,並對經理採取一些行動,因爲儘管位置很好,跑步的人卻留下了不好的味道。我正在從附近的一家餐館寫這篇文章,因爲我們被要求離開。P.S. 助理 Mahesh確實代表經理道歉,但損壞是在那時造成的
