特里凡得琅凱悦酒店(Hyatt Regency Trivandrum)

Ein Traum - einfach ein Traum! Der Süden Indiens und insbesondere der Bundesstaat Kerala sind ein Traum. Wir dachten anfangs, was will *** da anschauen, aber es gibt so viel zu sehen und in Trivandrum oder Thiruvananthapuram muss *** auch nach Süden bis an die Südspitze und dort auch mal einen Tag verbringen (dauert 3 Stunden oneway zu fahren für 150 km —＞ beschissene Straße) Das Hotel hat einen Tollen/genialen Pool. Etwas wenig Sonnenschirme und ein Fitness/Gym in der Form des Apple-Stores von Bangkok *lach* und sehr fein und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war der Himmel. Ich habe so gut wie ***eim geschlafen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und echt hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich und wussten am zweiten Tag wer wir sind und welchen Saft, Tee und Kaffee wir mögen und haben dann auch schon das Dosa für uns bestellt. Wir haben den Fahrer auch hier wieder über das Hotel gebucht und wir können das nur empfehlen. Dann weiß *** wer auf einen wartet und wer einen fährt. Kerala ist schon besser wie Goa und auch ein Tick besser wie Tamil Nadu, aber nachts muss *** aufpassen wo *** hindappt. Die haben in den Bodsteinen ab und an Riesengullis verbaut, dass das Regenwasser vom Monsum auch gut abfließen kann und bis Ende März lässt es sich bei 35 Grad auch gut ertragen. Vorsicht *** ist nur 3 Grad nördlich des Äquators und damit einen sehr starken Sonne ausgesetzt. *** ist schnell verbrannt. Selbst mit Sonnenschutz 30 … da muss dann ein 50er drauf. Da ich auch zum arbeiten dort war, habe ich zwei Tage die Suite gar nicht nutzen können, aber dafür mein ***n umso schöner genießen können. Da wir unseren Hochzeitstag dort verbracht haben, hat *** uns einen Kuchen hingestellt, Pralinen und einen tollen Blumenstraß. Wir wären gerne noch bissi länger geblieben.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY Moderate Glass reusable drinking 0.5 L and 1 L bottles provided for free, saving thousands of plastic bottles monthly. Small bathroom shampoo, conditioner, lotion bottles used. No plastic straws. IDEAS TO IMPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT Use pumps for shampoo , conditioner and body wash. Have recycling bin on each floor. QUALITY OF SERVICE Very good Great hospitality, food staff excellent. Point credit was challenging, still unclear if we ever got points for our stay. I stayed at the Hyatt Trivandrum for almost 2 weeks (from Jun 12 to 18) and (June 23 to 30). I had my 2 sons with me as well (ages 15 and 12). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone especially families with children. Excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Special thanks to the people at Malabar Cafe for the delicious food and excellent service. Special thanks for the people at the front desk and concierge. Will visit again.

It was a beautiful experience at every step of the the stay. Staff is clearly passionate to do their job to the best of their capabilities. Right from the front office check in experience being smooth and fast, enjoyment of a casual cup of coffee in the lounge was flawless. Particularly in their service staff Keerthi serves you your order with a big warm smile and relays back your special requests efficiently. Moreover, the chef at the Malabar restaurant goes out of the way to take into account the individual food preferences. He attends the guests with genuine desire to serve the best food to their preference. The breakfast buffet was the most balanced selection of dishes. It has all the usual continental food options ***** with a separate dedicated section for local cuisine. Being a vegetarian and north Indian, I had limited opinion about vegetarian option in Kerala cuisine. Though, Chef took special effort to share Kerala Idly with us which was fluffy and tasteful. We even got a chance to try Kerala rice in buttermilk. Truly a complete Kerala Experience within comfort of a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful treat. We conducted my son's birthday party there. Pramod and his team served us greatly. We ordered Russian Medovik cake which was splendid. The ambience was superb. Loved the terrarium. The pool was also magnificent, we didn't use it. They have a large gym space.

Nice and comfortable stay with big rooms overlooking city. Great and delicious food spread, highly motivated and courteous staff who go out of the way to delight customers. Lovely poolside and spa with choice of restaurants.

Amazing hotel! Sheer 5 star trea**ent and service! Impeccable service. You just can't complain about anything. The front desk, the restaurant, staff at house keeping. Pure gold standards!! Highly recommend if you want to soak yourself in luxury!!
