I highly disliked the fact that hotel guests had to pay an absurd $25 for overnight parking. It did not mention it anywhere on ******* or on the hotel website. The hotel's restaurant was good but somewhat expensive. The waiter was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel hot tubs and fitness center were great. The staff at the tourist desk were also extremely nice and helpful.

Loved the place, room was fabulous, our check in was a bit of an issue. they gave us an upgrade and said the room would be ready in 15 to 30 min. However, it ended up being more than an hour. They did give us some credits for having to wait. The employees were great trying to apologize for the wait. So overall, it was a great stay. Would go again in a minute

Not much open in the village on a Wednesday eve. Hot tub was closed for weather which was disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoy the amenities but area was closed for the entire night even after rain stopped. We walked down the next morning to use the hot tub and the jets were not working. The sink in our room was also not draining. It was unfortunate as we were looking forward to a nice evening away from the kids.

Best hotel, best pool, and best restaurant at Sun Peaks. I guess that’s why they call it Grand. This is the only place we stay when visiting (10 times).

Interest property, wouldn't class it in the Grand spectrum of hotels, but adequate. Clearly they had a staff shortgate issue, given they shut the restuarant and bar on Wednesday lunch time for that reason.

Just one night on our way through to Vancouver. The hotel was very comfortable, good food and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again

The Grand Hotel, is a pleasant hotel, and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub area the most for the views. The staff was very nice, and helpful, but the view from my room was meager at best, for the amount I paid I couldn’t be farther from the elevator. I also chose this hotel for the gym facilities, but was disappointed that a couple of the cardio equipment had out of order on them, and the water dispenser was empty, and there were no towels provided. I had to go back all the way to my room to use my room towels.

Such a relaxing place to spend a ski vacation. So wonderful to just wake up in the morning, put your boots on, grab your skis from the ski valet, and ski down to the chair for first tracks. At the end of your ski day nothing beats the outdoor pools at the Grand. Downside is rooms are quite small and pricey. And they ding you $25/night for parking to add insult to injury. Overall the Grand does seem to be getting a little rough around the edges as it ages.
