Love the property. The staff was amaxing Taylor is very nice and the lady in the kitchen area is so amazing. She is so kind and so sweet. She was actually the highlight of conversation for me and my family. We were attending a surprise birthday party down the street and that morning had breakfast downstairs.

Stay was excellent. Beds perfect. Staff including Trisha, Coco, Reahn and Shawanda showed so much enthusiasm and work ethic, I could not help but be impressed.

Our family came from many different locations to this hotel to bury a family member. The complete staff was so helpful. Accomodating us all to one floor was very helpful.
We enjoyed time together to plan in the lobby (it was very inviting). Thank you all!!

This is a nice hotel. I informed the desk of a saggy shower curtain that allowed water to spill out on to the floor. They said they would fix it. No big deal. I got swapped from a king to a queen and again no huge deal but i called 3 times to make sure i had a king because i knrw i would have a late arrival. Just to make sure and got switched due to over booking. Again no big deal but it is what it is.

Just be careful and if you get a phone call in your room saying they are checking you out do not give them and information. Go to the front desk.

Property was great, but the staff was awesome. Best customer service I’ve had at a hotel in a while. The kitchen lady was very sweet and so were the front desk staff. Will definitely return if ever back in the area.
