Excellent hôtel, A recom***der sans hésitation. Excellent Accueil, amabilité Parfait ....Food was greqt....... Réception service was excellent.specially all thé ladies in réception and thé ***agers.....I will surely reccommend.Thank u

En general muy bien. La comida es excelente, siempre esta fresca y recién hecha. La atención es muy buena. Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias. El aire acondicionado es difícil de regular, pero no fue un problema. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y el servicio de Ayurveda, maravilloso. Estuvimos 10 noches un grupo de 15 persinas y todo estuvo muy bien. Gracias!

الفندق ممتاز ومريح ولا يوجد لي ازعاج ويقدم بوفيه راقي ولذيذ المرافق الخارجيه رائعه وكذالك موقعه قريب من السوق وبه كل الخدمات توجد مساجد قريبه ومطاعم اسلاميه خدمه الاستقبال اجمل ما في الفندق النظافه وعمال الخدمه متوفرون معظم الوقت من غير انك تشعر بهدوء عجيب في الليل لا يوجد اي اصوات او ازعاج لا توجد حشرات داخل الفندق القندق نظيف

The Joys palace has been lovely stay and one of the highlights was fantastic rooms. Good ambience to relax, hospitality was good. front desk ***ager Mr Siby,was such good ***ager,answering all our questions,giving great recommendaions.he made us feel at home.not only him enter fo team specially Gre Littisha and all other fo staff very help full.food was excellent.room was very spacious ,rooms rates are very cheep.i enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

We love this hotel so much,my second vist, it is honestly our favourite hotel that we ve ever been to,it feels very luxurious and the facilities are excellent;the staff is very kind and helpful,special mention front desk ***ger Mr Siby very help full & professional,guest relation who helped us get checked in and was very welcoming, food and staff excellent; highily recommend

Poor. The reservation when booking on agoda says it is for max of 2 persons. Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked was only for one person, which is an obvious oversight since I didnt put the second guest name on since I am the lead guest. The ***ager refused to make an accommodation and insisted on another rs 1000. I ordered the delux room with a king bed which accommodates up to 3 persons on the app. As well, the swimming pool is ‘under construction’. Not only that, 2 roaches were waiting for is in the bathroom., though they changed rooms for us. It is certainly not customer centric and expect nickel and diming.

Thank you for arranging a short stay on an urgent basis. This was for a group of people who were our guests for a marriage function. The booking and arrangements were promptly arranged by Ms Mithula and she made sure there were no complications.

Staying here for years... The best food, best rooms and the best service. Always the best. Amazing people. If its business visit to Thrissur, it's stay at Joys.
