桑特蕾納酒店(Hotel Tsanteleina)

Hotel superbe, decoration et éclairage cosy et chaleureux. Chambre magnifique et tres confortable surtout lorsque l on a la bonne surprise a l arrivée d avoir ete surclassés ! Petit dejeuner de qualite, piscine et zone spatres agreable. Parfait pour la detente et petit plus qui pour nous aura fait la différence un jeu d échecs !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce magnifique hôtel en plein cœur de Val d’Isere, la Suite Montagne que nous avions était parfaite pour notre famille avec une vue splendide sur la face de Bellevarde ! Tout le personnel est adorable, nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de la réception et avons passé un super séjour… merci pour tout et à l’année prochaine

La habitación muy bonita y amplia, con bonitas vistas , el desayuno muy completo y en un sitio muy bonito. El servicio del hotel muy amable pero muy poco eficiente , nos hicieron reservas de varios restaurantes que nos confirmaron como realizadas un mes anterior a nuestra estancia via email , al llegar no estaban hechas, las revisaron y nos dijerom que estaba solucionado. Al llegar al restaurante reservado de nuevo mo la habian hecho. Despues de varios errores no tuvieron ningun detallw de compensación. Si tenéis que reservar restaurantes o actividades no lo hagais con ellos, muy poco eficientes

Nuit en couple dans ce magnifique établissement.Tres bon accueil, personnel qualifié et très disponible.Le soir nous avons pris un verre au bar. Endroit très accueillant,personnel très disponible. Super choix de boisson ,cocktail originaux.Petit déjeuner du matin au top.Par contre,nous avons été déçu par la chambre.Probleme d’isolation des murs qui fait ressentir le froid à travers les murs,trace importante d’humidité sous les fenêtres, trou à côté des prises électriques...Meme si on est à Val d’Isere une chambre dite supérieure village doit proposer un niveau de prestation supérieure.Dommage....

C'était notre deuxième séjour au Tsanteleina, et c'était encore mieux que l'année dernière ! Les chambres sont confortables, les services de qualité, l'ambiance chaleureuse, le spa superbe... Merci aux équipes de la réception et du restaurant qui ont été aux petits soins... A l'année prochaine !

Really nice hotel with cosy/immaculate rooms and a great pool/sauna and steam room. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and quality which fuels you up well for a day of skiing. Good facilities for ski storage and kind/friendly staff. Special thanks to Alizée on reception for helping to reunite me with lost property following my departure. Will definitely return soon.

It's a very nice hotel. Location: 3-5 minutes to lifts. Plenty of Guides and Rental spots. Restaurants: Everything is nearby! 3-10 minutes and you have everything! Pool/Gym/Hot Tub: Busy pool after ski, gym always easy. Bar / Billiards: Very nice bar area. Overall, one of the best hotels in Val d'Isere. Doubt there are better.

On holiday for our Honeymoon the hotel made zero effort to make it special, no congratulations or drink on the house. Instead everything was an extra (e.g breakfast at £30 per head of which items were missing) No water, tea or coffee provided with the room. Unable to have a bath as it was crammed in by the radiator at one side, taps on the other. No wall holder for shower head. WC in separate room which was tiny, un-hygienic. The spa is not include in the room rate and charged at 40 extra per person. Made entered the room without knocking. And the staff were very rude, not understanding at all.

We stayed at hotel Tsanteleina for 5 days and I am very sorry that I didn’t stayed more.The location of the hotel is perfect,in the city center and 5min.from the gondola and ski-lifts.The staf was superb,the food and everything else! Highly recommend
