This is a good place to stay if you're in TJ for a short while. It’s competitive with other hotels on this side of town, it’s just not as flashy and doesn’t have all the extra bells and whistles.
The hotel is a few blocks away from Avenida Revolución. It’s about a 10 min walk to Zona Centro (downtown area) and Zona Rio (downtown business district). It's about a 20 min walk to the Playas. Like most hotels in the area, it is not handicapped accessible, so if you have trouble getting up 1 flight of stairs, you will have to stay elsewhere.
The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. There were a few gaps in the laminate wood floor in the bedroom, however, the furniture was in good condition, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was large and comfortable. Overall, it’s good value for the money.
