They staff was amazing. Treated us very good. I would definitely stay next time. The rooms were very nice and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located right off Avenida Revolución where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars/clubs, and street food. They have a beautiful terrace that has the most amazing view of the city, and has food and drinks at affordable prices for it being a hotel. Be warned that because the hotel is near clubs and bars, you will hear music from these places until early morning and later. It didn’t bother me as I’m a heavy sleeper, so I was fine with it. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is nearly new and located right next to Revolución Avenue. The floors are large marble like tiles and were spotless. The bed was comfortable and noise was not an issue for me. Maybe they’ve closed the disco other reviews have mentioned or perhaps it’s only open on weekends. There are numerous dental offices in the neighborhood for dental tourism. I had booked the room for 4 nights but checked out a day early because my dental work was finished a day early. The hotel refused to refund the fee for the unused night or to offer a credit for a future visit. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the stay and feel that the hotel offered good value for the quality.

Hotel was clean and comfortable as always. Unfortunately the hand sink faucet broke. I wasn’t able to shut of the water. It took them over an hour to fix the issue. I was told they were going to give me a different room. I packed my belongings just be told there was no other rooms. I missed a meeting. Was told to use the shower to wash my hands. Was not given any options. This happened late night so staying elsewhere was not an option. No apologies given or mentioned at checkout. Everything else was good about the stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. first experience went great. This time though.. Not sure if it’s a hotel or is it a motel now? *dirty shower *Stained towels *the window is facing the hallway (there’s a window inside the shower) *bedsheets felt unclean. **during check out EDGAR at the front didn’t even look at me in the eye to check how was everything. gave him the card key. I had to leave while they are checking the room for check out, I informed him politely about it. still not looking at me. He was rude and unprofessional. if he is running this hotel.. I now see why. I will not stay again. Stay out! the ladies from the evening were nice though.

En general esta muy bien, desgraciadamente no se x que hay demasiado eco y en la madrugada estaba hablando bastante fuerte y no se podia descansar, y las amas de llaves aventando las puertas de los cuartos que limpiaban, la ubicación un poco insegura y estacionamiento extremadamente caro
