特里索爾宮酒店(Hotel Tresor le Palais)

The only one thing confusing was bath floor without heating. Having balcony would be a great benefit as well.

Kleines aber sehr feines 5 Sterne hotel. Lage ist sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber mit Außenpool! Besonders bei der Hitze war das ein tolles asset! Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vergleichbares gibt es nur bei Radisson Blue in Bukarest. Und das Service war das allerbeste an diesem Hotel. Unglaublich aufmerksam und persönlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die betten komfortabel. Langsam braucht es da und dort kleine Ausbesserungen, was aber noch nicht wirklich stört. Ich habe gut geschlafen und hervorragend geduscht. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Horrible experience. The light in the room kept shutting off. While showering I was left in complete darkness 4 times. The staff said this happened because the control panel was extremely sensitive and if you left a fingerprint on it this would happen, but it still happened even after they cleaned it with alcohol. There was mold in the shower! And water leaked everywhere. After getting out of the shower there was a puddle on the floor that went all the way to the bathroom door. A wedding took place below our room, and the loud music and noise did not stop until 3 am. When we asked for a quieter room and one with functioning lights, the manager said we had to pay extra for an upgrade! We checked out the next day because of the horrible experience, and the manager refused to refund our money for the night we didn’t stay, even though the front desk people told us we would be refunded the money!!! Do not be fooled. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a two star hotel at best! I wish I could post the photos of the room.

Sehr gutes Hotel Freundliches Personal Gutes Essen

As simple tourists, we arrived in the city . The purpose was to visit, the hotel was choosen because is has a parking, even if the distance to the center of the city is 4-5 km. The building is new, rooms are well appointed, everything should be fine . Until... In the reality, this hotel was built for weddings and other kind of events. They have a few party spaces, that means that in parallel they can organise weddings, christenings...and so on, all the hotel is full with the very noisy guests, the music howls for many many hours until 2-3 o clock in the night...people are going out , infront of the hotel , in order to smoke and socialize in the middle if the night, a lot of clapping doors...noise day and night. I understand that here us the "bic mobey", OK, in this case they should close the hotel only gor the event! The hotel itself is built in a very "kitschi" style, nothing missing but a lot was done without knowledge in hotels. The bed for example is huge but the matress is very soft and it does not give support for a recomfortant sleep. Room advertised as 30 mp is maybe 20 mp because some kind of division they made which is not at all functional. Also, the room "view" is a wall, very close to the window. They call it " courtyard"...there is not any yard here, except the junk on the floor outside. And, last but not least, the people working here, they are extremely polite and try to agree with everything you say but in fact they can't do anything and they do not dare to take any attitude... So, now we leave to another city with hope we will finally be able to sleep for a few hours...we are finished after 3 nights of music ...
