歐西納Lygon酒店(Hotel Oxina Lygon)

Not bad

The hotel delivers on all it promises. We stayed on 3rd floor. Room size was adequate, bed linen was clean and bathroom fittings were high end and well maintained. Hot water availabilty in the shower 24X7 was great. Staff are helpful. We got car parking inside the hotel premises itself. The restaurant in ground floor was good. We had booked through agoda and got a deal of Rs 3700 for a night. Righr now, the road outside the hotel is blocked on both sides for some repairs elsewhere and you have to enter the wrong side of the road to access the hotel.

Our whole experience at Oxina Lygon, Trichy was very pleasant from the start to finish. Suresh at Reception gave excellent service to us and addressed what little issues we raised promptly. The boys in dinning room made us feel welcome and served our meals with a smile. The breakfast variety was sufficient and itasty. Even the bell boy handled our luggage with care and efficient. All in all we are happy with our stay in this hotel.

The staff are very good and helpful. The food is also very good. But the rooms are a bit run-down specially the bathroom.

Nice hotel in a posh place in Trichy. Lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms were good, well stocked, clean and comfortable, staff are cooperative, a bit tight parking but they have valet assistance. Srirangam and Uchi Pillayar temple are nearby.

Good service provided by the staffs. Price is seems to be little higher. Leaving that we had overall a good experience.

For the price that we pay, the room size is less. Looks like they have renovated an old hotel. The renovation work in some places in bathrooms etc is not perfectly done. The bed was super comfortable. Staffs were welcoming and courteous.

It's a very nice and cozy hotel with friendly staff.

Room lights not working, when informed no action was taken. Ordered Apple juice and waited for more than 1 hour, but nothing was supplied. When asked restaurant again on my order they forgot my order completely.
