泰特斯維爾肯尼迪航天中心凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Titusville Kennedy Space Center)

Siamo arrivati tardi e al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno per fare il check in. Abbiamo aspettato almeno 20 minuti prima di poterci registrare. La camera prenotata era per 5, ma non era stata assolutamente preparata. Ci è stato detto che il sivano letto dovevamo prepararcelo da soli. Mancavano lenzuola, cooerte e l'unico cuscino era coperto da un capello nero. Colazione estremamente minimal, muffin confezionati come i cereali, niente marmellate, né affettati o tantomeno frutta fresca. L'unica nota positiva è la vista sulla pista di lancio dei razzi. Ci tornerei? Non credo.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kennedy Space Center und hat mit der Route 1 eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Toller Fitnessraum. Aktuell werden die Zimmer nur gereinigt, wenn man explizit Bescheid gibt. Haben wir aber immer vergessen. Das Hotel sollte schon schauen, dass automatisch alle paar Tage mal frische Handtücher gebracht werden und der Müll entleert wird. Aber wie gesagt, das lag auch an uns, man hätte jederzeit Bescheid geben können.

Estuvimos 2 noches, nadie paso para hacer la habitación y se dejó libre desde las 10:00AM hasta que volvimos a la habitación 20:30PM. La limpieza de la misma era muy correcta, así como la ropa de cama, pero al no venir nadie durante la estancia a realizar la habitación por eso le doy 2 estrellas. La nevera hacia mucho ruido, y no enfriaba nada. Por lo demás no hay quejas.

It was a great one night stay! Room was clean and comfy, would definitely stay again! Great hotel to stay at near the Space Kennedy Center, short and easy drive. Pool was nice. Hotel provided information about the local launches from the NASA launchpads too which was cool! Definitely recommend, the space theme of the hotel was also a nice touch!

The front desk staff members were very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location if you want to do some sightseeing or if you are hopping on or off a cruise ship--the terminal is less than 15 minutes away! My only con was that the breakfast did not include waffles--my children love making waffles at hotels. But there were eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagels, and bread, with a toaster oven available--so we had options.

During a brief one-night stay at this establishment, prior to our cruise departure, we were immensely disappointed. We checked into room 403 around 10 PM, weary from our journey, only to be met with an unpleasant odor, stained carpeting, and a shower that was not only unclean but had concerning spots that resembled blood. I promptly approached the front desk, but the representative appeared unprepared to address our concerns. The explanation offered was the unavailability of cleaning staff at that hour and the absence of the manager. Their only suggestion was to address the issue the next morning. Opting for our comfort and safety, I decided to book another hotel in the very lobby of this one and ensured that our early check-out was noted. When I later reached out to the manager, Dana, I was directed to *******, our booking platform, only for the hotel to decline a refund request. A disheartening loss of $175. I strongly recommend considering the Marriott next door — a stark contrast in service and quality.

The address provided is not in Google map nor my GPS. Front desk (dyed hair partly blue) so unprofessional and impolite, bad attitude when I checked in around 10 pm. No eyes contact, ask for my credit, “what card do you want to use”, but didn’t explain what it is for as I already paid in full. Only explain $30 USD for deposit, after I asked. Bad first impression. If I didn’t paid full and already late, I would walked away. While I was there asked for a missed towel, she was serving me then other customers came, she ignored me and serving other customer checking in first, did even asked me to wait. Breakfast selection is limited, sofa bed does not have blanket and pillow is dirty with “blood” colour stains on it. The lady work in the breakfast area is who I would like to recognized her hard work, going around non stop to make sure everything refilled so customers don’t need to wait in the small area. She need an assistant or a raise. Will not live in this hotel again. I should not canceled my Hilton express booking , because it closer to the Carnvanal port.

i am 19 years old and flew from michigan to stay at the hyatt hotel in titusville FL and ******* didn’t fair-warn customers good enough besides fine print that you need to be 21 to stay and i had multiple agent’s contact hyatt and i didn’t get my $400 back.

Overall not bad, poor shower pressure at least in my room. Blackout window not well installed as lots of light entera the room specially at night time, also not sure if it was only my room. Very clean and would recommend
