Hotel reception: very bad hotel, we arrived at the hour 10 evening. Although, the hotel 5 stars but there's no sufficient staffing. We had to carry our bags to the room. Very bad reception ..And they were unfriendly, unkind and unprofessional. (note of the electric plugs is working properly in the rooms so we couldn’t even charge our phones).. Hotel staff: hotel staff are unfriendly and extensive difficult to deal with, unprofessional, unwelcoming. They do not leave visitors with finish the food, they remove food plates Un respectfully.. The staff are always not smiling for some reason arguing with each other in front of the guess, which makes the situation uncomfortable in the place. Breakfast: there are very few options and there is no variety in the food. The waiters do not prepare orders, for example, we ordered an omelet, and ignored the order many times .. Restaurant: the cost of food extremely expensive and the hotel doesn’t even provide water… they ask us to pay .. Concierge/ Guest service: the hotel does not have customer service for guests to guide them directions for the city. we were sent to a tourist restaurant, but it was very far away and the road impossible. There is no menu, the prices are very, very expensive and the food is not that great .. Getting setting by the beach: there is a priority for hotel visitors outside the hotel to sit in front of the beach ( beach club) for financial reasons.
