This is a great hotel to take in views of the old town, the river and surrounding countryside. If travelling by car, plenty of free parking on site, some undercover. Taxi to old town Euro10-15 better than looking for somewhere to park there. Check in staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our bags were stored and in our room when returned later in the day. While you can take in the views from common area balcony where drinks served, I highly recommend paying a littel more to have a room with the city view, absolutely spectacular. Restaurant menu is good, food enjoyable with efficient service - need to make reservation on arrival. Breakfast also value. Several walks can be undertaken from the hotel, although trails not marked. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and quiet.

The hotel was fine--basically clean and well run. I have small suggestions. The mattress closest to the window in room 408 was steeply angled down toward the the side of the window. Not comfortable! Also, we put the ”do not disturb” sign on our room while we went out to breakfast, knowing we'd return soon to wash up before heading out for the day. When we returned, the beds were made and my clothes were moved. Not a big deal but not cool.

My husband and I drove back from Portugal and decided that we were going to stop off in Toledo. We stayed at this hotel. What an amazing hotel it is. And the prices are very affordable.The building is beautiful (architecture). Felt like we were in a tiny castle. The staff welcomed us (we came a bit late). They suggested where we go to eat (local food with the locals)at that time, they even explained the rules and closing times etc re that city during this time and corona restrictions. The room we stayed in was amazing. View of the whole city. We had an amazing terrace/patio.We were taken aback by the view we had. The bathroom was big-commodities included-soap etc. Bidet included. Heating was good. Modern furnishings. In the winter the floors are normally cold in Spain (throughout), this hotel was almost as if they had floor heating (who knows). It has a very warm, cozy feeling to it. The bed was comfortable and extra linen provided. Internet worked well. This hotel should be a 4 or 5 star hotel. A short walk into the city, the location is absolutely perfect. Adriana and all at reception were friendly and helpful. Now that we have discovered this hotel, we will be back for sure. 酒店不在托萊多古城，但是適合自駕旅遊的人。酒店大門有大片空地停車方便且不收費，酒店環境開闊，我們住的樓層推開陽台門即是綠地，走出去視野遼闊無遮擋，遠眺古城。酒店早餐豐盛，晚上在餐廳點菜吃飯，食物品質也很高，雖然消費不低。步行往返古城，單程大約需要30分鐘，雖然不近但也不算很遠。

這家酒店是一家非常有歷史感的酒店，裝修既有現代優雅的時尚風格又透着歷史的氣息，美倫美奐的感覺，更值得誇讚的是酒店的前台，周到細緻，耐心，前台的男士還主動幫我們把車開到停車場，非常熱情❤️早餐精選優質食材，非常美味

酒店地理位置優越，到各個主意景點不行就可以到達。酒店房間舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店工作人員態度很好，推薦的餐廳物美價廉。早餐豐盛，味道不錯，選擇很多。肯定還會再來
