Found bugs in the bathroom and by the bed If I would have found that earlier I would have never came here

Upon entering the staff member was on her phone and seemed bothered that we needed to check in. As she walked us to our room 107, the hallways smelled so bad that my son had to cover his nose. The wallpaper was bubbling at the bottom, and it looked awful. After entering our room it was a sauna, but didn't smell as bad as the hallway. Our tv wouldn't turn on, the safety latch on the door was broken, my son pointed out stains on the chair and bed comforter, the bathroom was dirty, bathtub faucet was loose and very little water pressure, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, it looked like the painted over black mold next to the bathtub and I realized why after a shower. It was leaking and our bathroom floor was wet. My son and I needed a warm place to stay for the night because our furnace broke. Otherwise I would have walked right out!

I love this hotel ,I stay here often after a long working trip ,and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

It was alright i didnt like how the internet was slow but it was alright . Staff was helpful and nice

Dirty sock from last (?) occupant on the floor …tub didn’t drain so standing in water over your ankles…dirty sheet …cobwebs…

It was ok but the customer service could’ve been better and it wasn’t cleaned enough to me.
