託萊多市中心希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Downtown)

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Housekeeping did not clean our room or change the towels/linen. They skipped our room entirely. The room had one little trash can which got full very quickly. The bathroom design is awkward with the faucet and shower head on opposite ends of the shower. The sliding door opens on one side which is where the toilet is. The bathroom has no fan and no trash can. The hotel staff seemed confused about parking arrangements with the garage and gave conflicting information. You should be prepared to pay for breakfast or any meal because they provide nothing. We asked for recommendations for restaurants around the area and the concierge handed us a map and walked away- we have smart phones with maps. The valet guys were great and the initial 2 ladies who checked us in ON 6/4/22 around 10AM were great. The location was great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location in the middle of the city. Rooms are large and up-to-date. OUTSTANDING!!

Stayed there to go to a Mud Hens Baseball game. They closed the restaurant and bars at 7. According to many staff members alot were on over time and management didn’t want to pay it. Shame on you. The other incident was valet parking. 12 miles was put on our sports car to park it in the parking garage that was next door. Still waiting for the manager Joey to review tapes and figure out what happened and how so no phone call yet!!

All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is very little parking so expect to valet. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what you get. Overall though it’s a very nice hotel.

it’s a great, beautiful hotel to stay in. staff is friendly and helpful, but their room service sucks. I got no fresh linens or towels or my garbage taken out durning my 2 night stay.

The only thing I can complain about is I reserved a room with a bathtub,and got one without one.

Great location, and upgrade was very well done. Staff was great. Last stayed about 4-5 years ago.

Clean, comfortable room. Conveniently located to attractions, restaurants and bars. Friendly staff!
