Friendly staff, clean accommodation, onsite parking, breakfast included. Extra bedding supplied for cold nights, tv in room along with tea and coffee supplies and a kettle and a kitchen down the hall for guests to use. Clean bathrooms and toilets (3 of each in the main building). I was very happy with my stay and will recommend to others and stay here again on my next trip.

We booked online for four rooms as we were up from Melbourne for a wedding. We thought we just booked a budget room but wow were we impressed. Clean, modern rooms fully equipped with cooking station. Pool and billiards all in the recreation area. Perfect for what we needed and great location to town also. Would definitely stay here again

When i first walked in I wasn’t welcomed or said hi to instead i was shown the eftpos machine to pay extra money upon arrival which was $1 lol they told me its for service fee. I went up and found that theres no dental kit or water to drink and even no sugar to my cup of tea. I called and they answered you have to pay for those how ridiculous! I decided to go to the swimming pool to find out the elevator doesn’t go to that level and its been disabled

Stayed in 2 bedroom executive apartment and as usual it was just perfect. So clean and had a beautiful fresh smell. Private balcony overlooking Queen’s Park. Nice touch of Tim Tams in the fridge which my daughter and I loved 😊 Amazing staff Couldn’t ask for more. Only place we stay In Toowoomba.
