Ace 多倫多酒店(Ace Hotel Toronto)

立地や建物、インテリアは素敵です。 カフェの値段も全然高くないです。普通のカフェと変わらないです。 いつも人が沢山います。

Great hotel. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed every minute. I only wish that breakfast was included, considering how high the price was.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location is great, my room was perfect (except mine didn’t have a record player 😕) restaurant, lobby bar and rooftop were amazing and the staff was friendly. I went for NYE and chose this hotel for many reasons but because it was hosting a NYE party. To my surprise, they were actually hosting multiple, but to my disappointment, you had to purchase tickets for all except for the party in the lobby bar, which was cool but just felt that the hotel guests should have had access to all parties or at least offered discounted rates for the other events. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location for checking out different neighborhoods and getting around the city. The room was gorgeous; we especially loved the massive bathtub and the cool window seat looking out over the park. All of the staff we met were kind and helpful, including when we all had a fun fire drill early one morning. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in town.

Overall a comfortable stay. Check in was delayed by an hour which was not the best start. The team was kind enough to comp a coffee at the lobby cafe. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept but the materials/furnishings were lacklustre. While the service was okay, it lacked that spark/extra-mile attitude. I would return because of the competitive pricing.

The bar lounge main floor area is inaccessible for most of the day - people laying about taking up all of the seating, nursing coffees for hours on end, everyone’s laptops open. I guess that’s Ace’s demo but it’s not a great look for any hotel.
