英格爾伍德棕櫚酒店(Inglewood Palm Hotel, Abbey Sands Torquay)

Absolute dive. It looks like the maintenance was done by a blind person. It's a bit like a squat. The hot water didn't work. They overall company OYO was uncontactable. I stayed at the place next door for £10 more, and it was great.

不要留在這裡！臟，臟，更臟！沒有打水，到處都是香煙！一切都壞了！避免 ！

The place was outdated and scruffy. We were given a small room with no room to move so we asked if we could be moved which they did and that gave us room to move about. The bed was clean but that's all i can say about it. We certainly won't use this hotel again.

Absolutely filthy owner didn’t care one woman running everything never at desk bedroom floor was not suitable to put a dog on let alone humans had to put towels on floor to walk on Wi-Fi only near reception no disability facilities lights hanging off walls as they said there was bar in there doesn’t open told to go across the road windows smashed and boarded up no outside lights for safety not a lot of parking and what they did have was very difficult to get into why this place is open taking people in I don’t know owner was told but said he wasn’t interested council should be informed immediately looks nothing like advertisement
