Prima schoon appartement,goede bedden om de dag schone handdoeken een vreselijk aardige gastvrouw ana… goede wifi Nederlandse televisie en recht kijkend op de boulevard het is ons heel goed bevallen en als je een betaalbaar appartement zoekt aan zee is dit een prima aanrader

Los apartamentos no estaban bien equipados, pasamos 3 noches y no nos repusieron gel ni champú ningún día. Tuvimos que bajar a recepción a pedirlo, por supuesto, tampoco repusieron toallas. Los colchones eran de mala calidad, nada cómodos con un dedo de grosor, las toallas eran como pasarse una lija por la piel. El apartamento está bien situado y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, sin embargo, no vale el precio que tiene. La piscina es pequeña y el recinto podría estar más limpio y renovado. Una decepción. The flats were not well equipped, we spent 3 nights and they did not provide us with gel or shampoo any day. We had to go down to reception to ask for it, of course, they didn't replace towels either. The mattresses were of poor quality, not at all comfortable they were too thin, the towels were like sandpaper on the skin. The flat is well located and the air conditioning works very well, however, it is not worth the price. The pool is small and the grounds could be cleaner and renovated. I felt disappointed. Les appartements n'étaient pas bien équipés, nous avons passé 3 nuits et ils ne nous ont pas fourni de gel ou de shampoing tous les jours. Nous avons dû aller à la réception pour le demander, bien sûr, ils n'ont pas remplacé les serviettes non plus. Les matelas étaient de mauvaise qualité, pas du tout confortables avec une épaisseur de doigt, les serviettes étaient comme du papier de verre sur la peau. L'appartement est bien situé et la climatisation fonctionne très bien, mais elle ne vaut pas le prix. La piscine est petite et le terrain pourrait être plus propre et rénové. Je suis deçue!

A localização é excelente, junto à praia. A cozinha está equipada com o essencial para uma estadia com a família. Tudo muito limpo e de dois em dois dias as toalhas de banho eram trocadas. Ambiente muito sossegado durante a noite. A receção fez um bom acolhimento e sempre muito disponíveis para ajudar. A piscina também é muito boa, mas com muita pena, não posso de salientar aqui o único aspeto negativo. Sou totalmente a favor da liberdade religiosa, desde que esta não interfira no meu bem estar. Deveria ser proibido mulheres por causa da religião, tomarem banho vestidas na piscina. É uma questão de higiene, é uma questão de saúde publica.

Todo en el apartamento es viejo y mal cuidado (desconchones en las puertas, armarios), Las fotos no se corresponden. sólo está reformado el baño. La cocina esta anticuada y además no funcionaba (en recepción nos dijeron que no estaba enchufada ni la cocina ni el horno). Sólo funcionaba el frigorífico y el microondas. Tiene salón y un dormitorio pero sólo hay bomba frío/calor en el salón. Instalaciones NO accesibles para minusválidos. .un montón de escaleras para llegar a la recepción. Medidas anticovid escasas/ausentes Los recepcionistas sin mascarilla. Limpieza regular. Lo único que lo salva un poco es la cercanía a la playa

Apartamentos nada recomendables muy viejos y descuidados baños muy mal estado, las fotos no reflejan en absoluto la realidad. por el precio que tienen hay otros mucho mejores en la zona solo la cercanía a la playa lo salva

La recepcionista desde un principio muy desagradable. Cuando llegamos a la recepción no nos gustó nada. Todo sucio y viejo. Falta de higiene.Tanto fue así, que decidimos irnos, aún perdiendo el dinero de la reserva.No recomiendo para nada.Nunca volveré.

Just back from our third holiday in buensol apartments which are constantly being updated, we find these apartments are spotless may not be 5 star but their service is, its so convenient to everything our special thanks to all the staff and especially to Anna on reception for being so helpful. We will definitely be back again this year. William and Margaret Lafford

Return holiday to these apartments the apartments are spacious and refurbished great balcony overlooking the sea great location thank you so much to all the staff but especially Ana in reception you made everything so easy for us and a huge thank you for the beautiful pastries on the 4 November for my sisters birthday they were absolutely delicious 😍looking forward to returning next year 🌞🌞😎😎

Buensol apartments are fab, basic, clean, central to beach and pubs, restaurants, plenty of live entertainment around, beautiful pool area, beach. Apartment has everything u need, kettle, toaster, microwave, safe, big balcony , 2 beds and a really comfy sofa, big fridge freezer. pool or sea facing. Shane's shack has fab staff and foods amazing.

Staying at Buensol,have to say apartments are lovely staff receptionists,household,groundsmen all lovely,Shane's Shack is a must brilliant atmosphere food amazing each member of staff have a unique strength which makes them a fantastic team both behind the bar and in the kitchen.

Very Surprised with the cleanliness of the whole place the apartment was spacious and immaculate with air conditioning, rooms serviced daily, location couldn't be better, a special thanks to Ana in reception for flowers and cake in apartment for our wedding anniversary Also Charlotte and Maria aka Super Mario in Shane's shack for the great breakfast and hospitality we will be back, Margaret and Tony from Dublin

Booked a superior pool view room. Travelled with my husband and 14 year old son. The room was absolutely spotless recently refurbished. Everything you could need for self catering. Fridge freezer large air conditioning with remote control great. Lovely big balcony with table and chairs could see the sea in the distance and the big wheel at marina. Just 5 minutes walk to beach this apartment was an ideal location and provided a great base to explore the area. All the staff were extremely friendly especially cleaning ladies. Would definitely stay here again Lidl just up the road lots of bars restaurants to suit everyone within walking distance we had a fantastic holiday on the Costa del Sol and hope to come back very soon

The hotel was fabulous, cleaners came around every other day, staff were so helpful at the main desk, Shane Shack, the restaurant on site was fantastic, food and drinks were lovely, but the staff were absolutely fabulous! We had the best time. The location of the hotel is in a noisy area at night, as another hotel across from it has an outdoor entertainment area at night, we all slept fine but if your sensitive to noise bring ear plugs. Pool was fab, no issue any day getting loungers, though many go out early with their towels, it's not necessary, pool area is well kept and a caretaker is there daily. Can't say enough good things. Beach is around the corner, lovely promenade for evening walks. Oh and breakfast was fantastic at Shane's Shack, we thought it would be buffet style and hotel breakfasts can be hit and miss but its a menu and it was consistently fabulous throughout the week. Loved having breakfast included. Bingo was good craic!

Very tired looking hotel, but rooms quite pleasent, well appointed, Great location which is the main thing, great independant snack bar by pool. Main gripe the lady on reception durring the day, wouldn't give you a push off the side, Asked about extendind the check out as my daughter was unwell, told €100 as the hotel was full, it clearly was not, I said I was happy to pay sumthing for just a couple of hrs, Told no chance , Ended up with the maids knocking on the door 11 o'clock sharp on day of departure. She also had a face to turn milk when I asked for another key card. Her attitude would prob prevent me booking there again. Shame cos great location.
