拉斯託雷斯巴塔哥尼亞酒店 (Hotel Las Torres Patagonia)

Positiv - fantastische Cocktails - sehr leckeres, qualitativ hochwertiges Essen - freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal überall - beste Lage im Nationalpark - außergewöhnliche Interaktionen mit der Natur (Pferde, Vögel, Wanderungen...) - Konzept und Personal des Hotels 5 Sterne - in jedem Flur steht eine Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung, top Negativ - Zimmer für diesen Preis zu klein und nicht preisgerecht ausgestattet (Es fehlt im Bad an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Fön ist von schlechter Qualität, hellhörig, kein richtiger Schrank...) - Preis-Leistung trotz Lage im Nationalpark fragwürdig - für das Restaurant braucht man eine Reservierung, beim Einchecken ist natürlich am selben Tag kein Platz mehr frei. Es wäre schön wenn man vorher schon die Gelegenheit hätte einen Tisch zu reservieren

El hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada dentro del parque, prácticamente al inicio de la ruta para realizar el trekking a Base Torres, por lo tanto posee un valor agregado al momento de planificar tu viaje y excursiones a Torres del Paine y te permite iniciar el ascenso a primera hora del día. El hotel consta de varias edificaciones de dos plantas. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, algunas recientemente renovadas. El restaurante es realmente bueno, el desayuno buffet muy variado, la cena a la carta con pocas opciones pero de muy buena calidad y presentación, el servicio es excelente, el personal se esmera en el cuidado de los detalles. Gracias a Catalina y Ariadna por sus atenciones.

Estuvimos de paso principalmente en el resto bar del hotel cenando. Nos atendió Martin de servicio y la experiencia fue espectacular. Con decirles que regresamos una segunda vez a cenar. Martin un chico super atento , servicial, excelente vibra lo hace sentir como en casa del.mejor servicio que tuvimos en nuestro viaje. Además nos dió tips para la caminata en familia y alentó a la familia a caminar.

This will be quite a comprehensive review, as I opted for the 3 night all-inclusive package at Las Torres Hotel in Torres Del Paine National Park. I paid $US900 per night. For that price (which is more than an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora), there are a certain number of expectations. What your money really buys here are the long transfers from El Calafate or Punta Arenas, the (splendid) selection of tours they offer as part of the deal and alcohol. If you’re expecting a flash room with all the bells and whistles or a restaurant that’s actually open for dinner or taking your bags to your room when you arrive, well that’s where you’re going to miss out. I travelled towards the end of the season in April. I will preface the transfer from El Calafate by saying the driver must do this every day but your scariest amusement park thrill ride doesn’t compare to this trip. Starting in the dark and travelling at light speed with dim headlights gets your pulse racing. Come up behind a bus, that’s OK, we’ll just overtake it around a blind corner. A bit of a windy road, time to text the boss. Music not quite right, let’s fiddle with Spotify. Fortunately, daylight brought some relief. And he was very polite throughout and helpful at the border. Arrived in one piece at the hotel. It wasn’t full. Half the rooms face the mountain and half the rooms face a grassy field. Why everyone didn’t get a mountain view is beyond me. I didn’t. I’m sure I could have asked for my suitcase to be taken to my room, but it shouldn’t be necessary. So I had to haul it upstairs myself. The room is spacious enough but very basic. No TV but very good internet connectivity. Nice big bed, a desk, decent pillows. No fridge. The room heating works well. They give you a welcome bottle of wine and a platter of sweets but not a bottle of water. The bathroom has a bathtub only suitable for small folk and no taps. The shower is part of the bath, so if you want to soak (a bit at a time), you have to use the shower to fill the tub. Now I quickly noticed that my shower head was broken. I told them the following morning and they did replace it. But that shouldn’t have been necessary. These things should be checked beforehand. My new showerhead worked but then there’s the water saver. When will hotels realise that reducing the water pressure doubles the time to have a shower? I timed it. 10 minutes to brush my teeth and wash my hair. And I’m a guy with short hair. We were told repeatedly that the park has the third largest reservoir of fresh water behind Antarctica and Greenland. So unless they are trying to make it into first place, why bother trying to save water? A good variety of food is available in the bar area from mid-morning. The included breakfast is served in the separate restaurant, which involves walking outside. This is the same for the gap between the 2 hotel buildings. Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questo bellissimo hotel, dal 2 al 5 di novembre. Abbiamo optato per la formula "all inclusive", assolutamente consigliata per la qualita' dei servizi offerti. Hotel molto bello, in posizione provilegiata direttamente alla partenza per l'escursione alla base delle Torri del Paine, escursione bellissima che vale il viaggio. L'hotel mette a disposizione una serie di escursioni incluse, noi abbiamo optato per la salita alla base dell Torri e per overview del parco. In particolare abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare una bellissima giornata di sole per la salita alle Torri ed anche essere accompagnati dalla guida Roberto, bravissimo e disponibile. Vogliamo ringraziare Roberto che ci ha fatto trascorrere una bellissima giornata e che ci ha aiutato in alcuni momenti di difficolta' sul tratto morenico. Grazie ancora a Roberto !!! Una considerazione sulla salita alla base delle Torri, non ci sono difficolta' tecniche ma e' lunga e il dislivello totale non e' da trascurare, per cui e' meglio affrontarla se si e' in buone condizioni fisiche e di allenamento. Noi siamo saliti con una giornata di sole pieno, ma ad esempio il giorno dopo pioveva e c'era vento, per cui meglio consultare il meteo in fase di pianificazione. Tra andata e ritorno, considerando la sosta al rifugio Chileno e alla base delle Torri, noi ci abbiamo messo 10 ore

This is an all-inclusive hotel, with room, meals and activities all included. The rooms are fairly basic but adequate and comfortable. The public areas of the hotel are very nice. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel provides activities such as guided hiking, horseback riding, etc. It is all very well organized. All of the guides we had were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

Fuí con mi hija (adulta) y una amiga , fué una gran experiencia este mágico lugar ! , es un hotel donde te sientes muy cómoda , el personal muy gentil y cercano ; es un lugar muy agradable y con calidez ; Conocer su huerto orgánico donde producen lo que se consume allí , ver la creación de su barman usando solo productos de la zona y fabricando sus propios macerados y cervezas es un placer que nos sorprendió. Disfrutamos de cada uno de sus lugares , de sus desayunos espectaculares con un sector de fogón . Por sobre todo su preocupación por la sostenibilidad en muchas de las cosas , como vasos fabricados de botellas etc. etc. Disfrutar del paisaje en cualquiera lado que te encuentres del hotel . No dejen de visitar el sector de los Caballos y su personal a cargo , fué muy entretenido Absolutamente recomendable , y obvio trataremos de repetir la experiencia !!

Room 147 Bed and pillows comfortable. Could hear people walking around in the room above me. Ask for the second floor. Breakfast good with someone making omelettes, etc. Coffee machine for cappuccino, etc. Also, coffee machines and water coolers located in the hallways in each building. Lunch and dinner good with staff very friendly and helpful.

Chegamos ao Refúgio Chileno (propriedade de Las Torres) após um dia de muita chuva, absolutamente todas as pessoas estavam molhadas da cabeça aos pés. O refúgio não tem nenhuma estrutura para receber e a equipe não ajuda em nada, chegam a ser desumanos, não se importam nem um pouco com as pessoas. Estavam todos se amontoando na pequena lareira para conseguir se esquentar e secar um pouco as roupas, quando as 20h, 2h antes do refugio fechar, os funcionários desligaram a lareira, deixando todos no frio e com roupas molhadas, inclusive uma moça grávida. Nunca vi isso em lugar nenhum do mundo. Isso que pagamos U$228 por 1 noite em uma barraca. Esta empresa Las Torres só quer saber de lucrar, não se importa nem um pouco com os clientes. No dia seguinte, tínhamos uma reserva no Refúgio Central (também propiedade de Las Torres), mas como estávamos com as roupas todas molhadas, decidimos antecipar o retorno a Puerto Natales. Eu já sabia que não conseguiria um reembolso, mas tentei ao menos negociar a troca por um almoço. Conseguimos o almoço, que para nossa surpresa foi uma pizza individual que teríamos que dividir em 2 pessoas, uma piada. O parque é muito bonito, mas a Conaf tem que expulsar essas empresas que só querem lucrar e não entregam nada ao cliente.
