日光與馬潘帕山林小屋(Pampa Lodge, Quincho & Caballos)

Le lieu est beau mais la gestion de l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres en Janvier 2023 ( une pour 2 personnes et l’autre pour notre fils de 35 ans) et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu la surprise de constater qu’ils nous avaient réservé une chambre avec 3 lits. Notre fils est allé à l’hôtel voisin ( plus cher) et aucun dédommagement ne nous a été fait. De plus, la cuisine ayant brûlé la veille de notre arrivée, impossible de dîner sur place, ce qui n’était pas simple.

La verdad pésima la experiencia en este lugar, me quedé un par de días, un día por la mañana tuve que salir por trabajo del lugar y llegué por la noche, no había recepcionista, y habían dejado cerrada mi habitación, no tenía las llaves tampoco porque me las pidieron a salir por la mañana, y tuve que dormir tirado en los sillones de la entrada, una burla para un pasajero. Horrible experiencia

Die Lage der Lodge ist alleine die Reise wert. Der Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Zimmer in ersten Stock ist unbezahlbar und einfach nur traumhaft. Zimmer gut mit bewuemen Betten. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut . Die Lage unmittelbar am Angang zum Nationalpark auch perfekt.

If one is traveling to Torres del Paine NP it is very isolated requiring staff to live on site and food, etc. to be driven in from Puerto Natales about 90 mins. away. Thus almost all accommodations just outside of the park (like this one) or inside tend to be very, very expensive yet not all-inclusive in general. The lodge is quite elegant-the rooms all have HUGE glass windows which is required to present the stunning vista of the mountains and landscape/river. And the rooms are also quite large. They also have horseback riding facilities on site which was very convenient as the 1/2 day ride was a nice, relaxing experience. And the staff, particularly Andrea, was pleasant and helpful-she was able to change my room to get closer to the wifi router so that I could actually research how I would navigate the National Park in my rental car. Management needs to add routers all the way down the lodge-the room I was changed to was just above the lobby/dining area. The breakfast was pretty typical of any hotel breakfast style in Chile that is always included-again, at the quite high nightly price, it should be resort, not hotel level. Also, the room should have a mini-fridge-again, I had a rental car that I drove in from Puerto Natales where I stocked up on drinks, etc. Also, while it was unseasonably hot the 3 days I stayed there in mid-Dec. (start of summer-one day it got up to 75F!), it would be a good idea to have a portable fan in the room or at least available since with the huge glass windows for the view, well, the room heated up way too much during the day while I was out but housekeeping didn't lower the shades after cleaning the room or even open the side glass window vent to let fresh air in. Finally, upon arrival in the parking lot, there is not even a sign of where to go-there are a few buildings on the property (one the restaurant and the other the staff quarters) that are right next to the parking lot whereas the actual lodge is quite a walk-at least they have a hand truck to get your luggage moved into the lodge.

The lodge is set in a stunning location and nicely designed, with the emphasis on wood as a material. The rooms are spacious and modern, with excellent showers and beautiful views. Some have called them spartan, but this is probably deliberate and while not luxurious, the minimalist décor suits the natural setting and it’s all extremely comfortable. The lounge and restaurant area is a wonderful and cozy space looking over the mountains and river valley. Breakfast was good if not spectacular and in contrast to others, I had pretty reliable WiFi access everywhere including the bedroom. Unlike the common experience in Chile, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside is that this is a very expensive option, given its lack of outright luxury and this applies particularly to the attached restaurant, where even a hamburger comes in at over $25USD and the food isn’t great. While you appreciate you’re having to pay for the isolation and for the privilege of staying in one of the most beautiful places on the planet, value for money could be much improved.

Lodge ubicado en un lugar hermoso, la vista, el entorno y las instalaciones hacen que el descanso sea inolvidable. Amabilidad del personal, habitaciones y lugares comunes cómodos, de buen gusto y a temperatura agradable a pesar del frío externo. El restorant de precios un poco altos pero de comida gourmet, muy rico todo.

Loved my stay here! The lodge is located just outside the national park and nestled in an eco village. The setting is perfect although the location does mean you are a captive audience, so be aware! Meals are expensive but good. Our room which was on the top floor (no lifts) looked out to the Andes and we were lucky enough to see a couple of rainbows. The bathroom was clean and modern. Just be aware that as the lodge is set in an eco village, all paper waste must go in the bin, not down the toilet. The breakfast was adequate with a choice of breads, cakes and cereal, with some fresh fruit, tea and coffee. The lounge area was superb. There were wide windows on all sides making the best of the views. There was also a viewing deck outside which really made you feel at one with the nature there.

Die zwei Bewertungssterne gibt es für - die Lage - das Personal. Hervorzuheben die Damen an der Rezeption, Paula und Andrea, die sich wirklich bemühen, diesem seelenlosen Hotel Gefühl einzuhauchen. Preislich wird die konkurrenzlose Situation - auch im angeschlossenen Restaurant - schamlos ausgenutzt. Ich bin gerne bereit einen angemessen hohen Preis zu bezahlen, aber dann muß die Gegenleistung stimmen: - kein Fön im Zimmer - muß an der Rezeption geholt + wieder hingebracht werden - keine Kleiderstange/-bügel - als Sitzmöbel dient ein kleiner Holzschemel - alles schnell (und wohl billig) zur Profitmaximierung hingeschludert - ganz selten existierendes WLan. - klappernde Zimmertür, das Licht des Flurs flutet nachts das Zimmer - dünne Wände, extrem hellhörig. Man duscht förmlich mit, wenn im Nebenzimmer geduscht wird. - der Parkplatz war plötzlich ein See, das Auto konnte nur mit anschließend nassen Schuhen erreicht werden. - extrem lange Zuwegung, über einen Steg, zum Hotel. Empfehlung: In Puerto Natales gut übernachten/essen und von dort aus starten!

We had an awesome day horse riding the Patagonia with Pampa lodge gauchos. Horse riding guide “Enrique” was spectacular- clear English instructions, great knowledge of the area and horses in general. Our 10 year old son was given an awesome experience (first time riding) and wants to do more horse riding! Thank you Enrique and Diego for being so accommodating and making this such a fun experience!
