Breakfast was fantastic. Had dinner in their restaurant service was great, attentive. Food could have had less fat add. Pool temperature could be warmer. NO HOT TUB. Room cleaning service and towel exchange must be requested

This property has the worst front office and housekeeping staff. Out of 6 employees I managed to talk to, 5 were full of lies. I can name them all. All I want for them to check is a pair of pants I left in the closet. The 5 employees after chasing for 2 days, only 1 who is decent enough to talk to me and offered help. The rest of the 5 were just promising to get back to me but never did. WORST HOTEL FRONT OFFICE STAFF I encountered. I am a platinum user of Orbitz. I travel a lot. This hotel is the Universe's worst customer service.

Each time I’ve stayed at this hotel there has been issues with cleanliness. On my last stay the floors were not mopped; there were clumps of hair in the bathroom floor, the floors were dirty, there was mold in the shower and dirt on the door frames. It is a beautiful property in a great location but attention to detail and cleanliness is lacking.

Prima hotel, wel verkeerde kamer eerste nacht maar was snel rechtgezet. Bij schoonmaak werd bed niet opgemaakt en dat was jammer. Ontbijt redelijk, beste was dat je eieren naar wens kon bestellen.

Rude unprofessional could-care-less receptionists who act as though guests are bothering them during check-in. If only our credit card was not involved.. They don't even unbend when you stand right there in front of them. Guests have to literally say "excuse me" when they walk up to the reception desk where two staff members have been staring ever since we walked in. Embarrassing. You could get that horse and buggy guy to brighten up the dull boring reception/lobby area. The last time my husband and I stayed at an Embassy suits we were very impressed. We didn't know it has turned into a motel 6. There's a stuffy odor when you get off the elevators to the rooms. The bath tub was clogged up. Gross. The Kleenex box was empty. We did not want to ask for anything because that would have been subjecting ourselves to more rudeness. The refrigerator rocks back and forth when you open and shut it. It's a shame for a hotel surrounded by priceless beauty to hire unprofessional 'anybodys' from the streets. We literally overheard other guests complaining about something. The good news is, now we know. Don't stay at an Embassy suits hotel at any place. It's not worth the money. Especially what you charge.

Tried to cancel this stay. The hotel said I had to call *******. ******* stated the hotel didn't allow cancellations. Everyone points the finger at the other. Neat MO. I'll never book ******* again!

I have been loyal to Embassy for many years. This is by far the worst every time I visit. I gave them a break last 2 visits because after covid. Food: they are trying to be fancy and Embassy is kid friendly. No pasta, veg for kids (Brussel sprouts) No room service 2 of 3 elevators did not work Overall cleanliness horrible (Common areas) This is a new hotel I will NEVER be back

For the cost, terrible service and staff availability. Only one maid for the Saturday night- had to stand in line for everything as there was also only one front desk clerk, the luggage carts were always out and simply no available staff-
