We only stayed for one night but the apar**ent was huge & great value for money! would definitely stay again if passing through.

We have stayed here before a number of times, we like the size of units, the location and the facilities

Had a late check in, key was not there. Had to call and wait for someone to come and sort a key. Aircon in loungeroom and kitchen didnt work, no communication that they didnt work. They are great apar**ents in a great location, just a couple disappointing factors that could have been communicated or done better.

Things were good until the lifts broke down,had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. To their defence lifts were out of action due to the winds from Cyclone Jasper and no communication with its guests.

Noising, could hear water through walls when toilets in Other units flushed, obviously no lagging on plumbing and no insulations in walls Dirty stained curtains that didnt fit sliding doors properly

The view from our room was spectacular. The room was spacious and really great for our family. I love that you can look out over the river and towards the stadium. You could also pull the sheer and blockout blinds for privacy if needed. Sheets and towels were perfectly clean. The air con was cool and the room clean smelling. The pool and bbq facilities are amazing and beautifully kept. We loved staying here. The room could use a fresh coat of paint and the flooring and furniture could use some tlc but it was great value for the price so if it were refurbished would probably be a lot higher price bracket. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and fulfilled our needs. Under building parking is very secure and felt safely lit. Highly recommend we will be back!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE there was what looked like urine stain all over the bedding and linen the whole place was filthy with stain or rust on carpets walls, fridge, bathrooms the washing machine wasn’t working the pool was empty. There was dirty dishes in the dish washer . it took over an hour to find someone to give us a key as all the phones when to answer phone and they didn’t send the codes. I was told I wasn’t going to get charged the full amount but nobody has contacted me yet. If you do go make sure all your vaccines are up-to date

Carpets were stained and dirty. Dishwasher had a massive out of order sign stuck to it. Room smelled like it has never had fresh air through it. Kitchen was good. Cooking utensils average. No oven trays etc. Having a laundry was excellent. Good location. Outdoor pool was large. Walls had marks everywhere. Could definitely use new paint and carpet. Wont stay again until there renovated. Friend stayed one floor up from us. And her floors were the same.
