巴爾的摩北陶森智選假日酒店(Holiday Inn Express Towson- Baltimore North, an IHG Hotel)

Second time staying here and got a different style room: thankfully this one didn’t have a weird scent, but I did miss the warm lighting on top of the bed frame that the last one had :( The rooms use bright white LEDs… which is fine! Just not the preference for my eyeballs. The TV in this room actually worked correctly though! Warm buffet breakfast is nice! Staff was friendly as well!

Wow it amzing

I always stay here when I come to Bmore. The rooms are clean, quiet, bed is so comfortable. However, this time I had a problem checking in, it took too long. And the front desk agent was confusing me. I made a deposit on my room, I didn’t know that does not go towards the actual room cost. That needs to be more transparent. The agent had to do multiple transactions on my card. I was not happy with my check in.

I appreciate how fast they accommodated but the fact they gave my reservation away was alarming. You need ID to check in, they did not do their job with that one it was frustrating. Also the water pressure of the shower and temperature was disappointing. Water trickled out and it did not get real hot at all, so paying for an executive suite and getting that in the room was horrible. Staff when I checked in was very nice and did work with us, they are the highlight of the visit honestly.

Hotel staff was nice. The room was just OK, HVAC did not work well. Television wasn’t working until I tightened the cable on the back then it started working and the front desk personnel had no idea of how to deal with this. Telephone did not work. Breakfast was just OK.

In the area so of course I would check into a Holiday Inn. Once again the quality is excellent the service is great very pleased with my choice.
