特雷西萬豪萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn Tracy)

The main problem was that two of our three rooms was not ready two hours after check-in time. We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and have always had a positive experience. The desk clerk this time around was not helpful and actually had a bit of an attitude when i expressed frustration about the delays. I expected better.

On first night, I took a shower & grabbed a towel and noticed a long hair on my “freshly rolled towel. I grabbed another and noticed stains on that one. Second day we arrived back at the hotel about 9:30-9:45 pm and our room was NOT cleaned or made up. We told the desk and I asked for fresh towels and told her about the dirty ones from last night, she did not apologize just gave us 4 towels. No new soap & the dispensers were empty on body wash. I just used Shampoo the next morning…..

Don’t recommend, extra fees for parking and pet deposit outrageous..

We enjoyed our stay, staff was helpful and friendly, everything was clean. The air conditioner in our room went out twice and they were able to reset the system quickly, kinda annoying to have to deal with but they were helpful. The shower backed up so we would have to turn the water off and let water drain and then turn the water back on to finish showering so it didn’t overflow. Seemed like all of the room doors were hung crooked, we had a pretty big gap in our door where someone could easily peek in if they wanted to, we ended up putting the ironing board up every night to block some of the light coming in. We noticed a lot of the doors looked that way. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options and same thing every day. If you weren’t there before 7:30 most of it was gone or what’s left was soggy already. Pool was nice and heated! Bed was comfy.

Place was good for an overnight stay. The only downside was freeway noise. Other than that it was good.

The staff is friendly, and there is convenient shopping and restaurants very nearby

Clean comfortable room excellent service. Everything is within walking distance from hotel mall food etc.

Everything was perfect. The whole staff was extremely very polite and helpful. Thank you for making our stay super great.

At breakfast,they where short of everything one day out of 3 I stayed, they only got cereal available.
