Nice hotel with beautiful rooms- rooftop bar & small pool. Friendly staff . A lot of restaurants around thr hotel. Trapani is not so amazing.

A 4 star hotel that’s more operated as an B+B. Only a reception and a breakfast service. When we checked in we got downgraded. After mention the situation we got a room according to the booking. At night we heard loud music from the neighbors. Nothing changed even after 3 calls. Furthermore the electricity was tuned of every 30min for 6 times. Next day we experienced the same noice in the afternoon. We insisted on a change of a room. Recommend everyone not to stay in this facility.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

Hôtel bruyant de l’intérieur. Personnel froid et peu investis. Manque d’équipements pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Très bien situé. Superbe architecture

Struttura in ottima posizione , alle spalle del lungomare e di fronte ai giardini , è’ ricavato in un edificio antico , ma ha più la struttura e i servizi di un B & b che di un hotel : non dispone di una hall, e l’accoglienza è’ più simile a una portineria che ad un hotel , per di più a 4 stelle . Spazi interni curati, così come le stanze; bel bagno e buoni prodotti per igiene. Roof top carino , ma con servizio limitato ( dalle 15 alle 20…). Colazione così così , in uno spazio ricavato sul cortile interno : prodotti non eccellenti , frutta non sempre fresca , e servizio sostanzialmente assente . Nell’insieme il personale non è affatto cortese , a tratti sbrigativo , a confermare la sensazione di non essere un vero hotel . Non c’è chi prende le valigie , né’ chi accompagna , e la perla finale , al check out , è’ stato l’invito a portare il bagaglio nel vano preposto a deposito . Diciamo che l’attenzione al cliente e al turista in Sicilia non è la prima preoccupazione …

Location stupenda sulle vie centrali e a ridosso della passeggiata mare dei bastioni Tramontana, camera ordinata e ben arredata, bagno con doccia confortevoli. Colazione varia ben curata nella disposizione, ma più importante la qualità del cibo. Personale tutto molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Da ritornarci.

Struttura stupenda curatissima alle porte del centro di Trapani a 10.minuti dal porto camere pulitissime confortevoli colazione varia e di qualità il fiore all'occhiello un rooftop xon piscina e vista mozzafiato. L'eccellente servizio un particolare ringraziamento a Monica la cui cura per il cliente è distintiva. Torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente
