Apple Tree Inn, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Room was big and comfortable. Located in a convenient area close to downtown. Rugs need to be updated in the rooms and hallways. Good breakfast. Overall very good stay.

A clean, affordable, friendly place to spend a night or two. My room was more spacious than I expected.

Apple tree exceeded our expectations! Customer service was perfection and they provide limo service, which was so wonderful. The breakfast area is a little small but they offer many options!

We have stayed here twice in 2024. Only negative remark - poor quality for breakfast. Nasty Instant Coffee! Need more healthy choices like whole wheat bread/bagels. The hard boil eggs (both trips) has a "strange texture and taste". Not sure if they are even real!

Site needs to be updated. Room is clean, shower head definitely needs to be updated…not enough power, feels like a drizzle rain shower. Thin walls, we could hear all the stomping above and yelling in the halls. Pool is very cold, fixtures, lot of rust noted around…needs updating. People/staff are friendly and helpful, but housekeeping is understaffed.

Decent hotel, def like the perk of free limo service, though we didn’t end up using it. Nice having the fridge and microwave. Room was clean. Only a few short minutes from all the shopping and dining. Only a few minor gripes, the water temps in the shower fluctuated wildly for some reason, the sink stopper was broken so the sink would get backed up, and the mattress was bigger than the platform it was on so the sides of the bed sagged down. Not enough to make a big thing about, but I think ratings-wise it’s more on the average side.

Property was very nice. Staff was kind and considerate and the in room spa tub was superb. Great stay for a night in or a night out.

The bathrooms are extremely old. The bathtub is stained and faucets are old and leaky; the sink and bathtub have drainage issues and the water doesn't drain properly. The shower curtain is ripped and stained . I am disappointed to see these large hotel corporations taking over smaller or older hotels and just increase the price for stay. Is just about profit. Little or no improvements for the benefit of the customers. The lobby of course looks acceptable and that's about it. Hallway carpets are extremely old and show discoloration and damage being probably the original ones.

This property is a good value. It's a little old/tired, but I will stay there again.
