Hôtel sur le lac, les chambres sont agréables. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement.

Albergo diffuso molto carino. Ci è stata assegnata una camera in un tipico vicoletto a pochi passi dalla struttura c'entra e dal lago. Camera grande e molto accogliente . Colazione di buona qualità. Personale gentile. utile il pass per il parcheggio.

Non conosco l’hotel ma certamente ho avuto una pessima impressione del bar aperto di recente anche come ristorante. Ho ordinato un semplice panino con il polipo e mi è stato consegnato un panino con pane chiaramente “rifatto” / vecchio del giorno precedente e peraltro pieno di mollica ammollata su una quantità eccessiva di humus di ceci. Ho fatto presente l’accaduto alla cameriera dando come suggerimento quello di usare pane fresco quando si offre un panino o comunque quanto meno di scaldarlo. La cameriera ha registrato il commento ma non lo ha riferito al titolare / chef che infatti mi ha addebitato il costo del panino (9 euro) chiedendomi anzi se fosse andato tutto bene. Io ho appunto ripetuto che avevo già detto alla cameriera che il panino era Immangiabile (scusandomi anzi io per averlo lasciato dopo solo mezzo morso) ma anche in questo caso il panino mi è stato fatto pagare. Purtroppo non posso consigliarlo (ma la location era molto promettente

Devo ammettere che sia dalle fotografie che dalle recensioni su booking e sul loro sito mi ero fatta una bella aspettativa che purtroppo mi ha un pò delusa. La camera completamente diversa da quelle mostrate online,sistema d'aria condizionata scarico e datato,per non parlare poi di come si accede alle camere..un portoncino antico(con serrature poco sicure) con ingresso dotato di scale molto strette e soffitto molto basso,senza nessun tipo di scorrimano.Nonostante ciò la stanza era abbastanza pulita e ordinata,anche se ho riscontrato qualche macchia sulle pareti. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è discreta. Concludo dicendo che mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso visto che si parla di "Suite",ma tutto sommato ci sono strutture peggiori

Ho prenotato alla cieca 5 giorni per i miei zii un po' avanti i con l'età.... Sono andati via quasi con le lacrime agli occhi, innamorati della struttura, del personale, della camera. Complimenti a tutto lo staff

Our plane was delayed several hours, we emailed the hotel to inform them. We arrived around 930PM and were greeted by the front desk lady who screamed at us for being late as she closed at 6pm. Huh? I told her I emailed her and we cannot call them when we are flying in the air. Anyway, the room we booked had two floors and real beds for our teens (2). We were put into another room with a fold out sofa and cot. This lasted 1 night. Our room should have been next door but we were pushed into a room that they probably did not want. We were told the next morning by the front desk that "booking DOT com" changed the reservation. IUmm? Anyway, the staff after the first nite was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect in the middle of the town. Beds were "ok", nice bathroom and decent space. I would recommend if you want something central but we prepared for a surprise (change in room). Breakfast was croissants, bread, cheese etc... they do not have a kitchen.

This was a two night stopover to see Lake Bracciano and to break up our journey to north Tuscany. I was on a four week trip with a friend around the coast and this was our last spot. I would not like to visit June-August! The through road goes along the stretch where the hotel has its lake view rooms, so is busy and noisy for most of the day and evening. This hotel is a ‘diffuso’ in that its rooms are scattered around the town. Our room was up several steps and on two floors with a terrace leading from the bedroom. It was very clean and comfortable, but the shower had no pressure and the wifi router didn’t work. We were able to connect to the Reception wifi, so it wasn’t really a problem, more inconvenient. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was served outside. Not a massive choice, but the croissants and cake were very nice. There are loads of good restaurants to choose from with lots right on the lake front. We really enjoyed Gens, right next to the hotel. There are some nice shops around the town, but it isn’t very big and we found two nights plenty to stay. As there are restaurants all along the lake front and right across the road from our room, there were a lot of youngsters hanging around until the early hours, which was very noisy. We were lucky to find street parking right across from our room. The hotel gives you a residents pass to display in your car and you only need pay 50 cents per day and display the ticket alongside the residents pass in the car. Worth a visit, but wouldn’t recommend more than a couple of nights.

A beautiful hotel that makes you feel at home the second you arrive. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. I will never stay in Rome again, I will stay hire a car and stay here, and day trip into Rome. The only word I can use is Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!
