Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating from front desk to restaurant. Over and above, opened a meeting room to show a non televised Thursday Night football game for guests.

Just a regular hotel. Clean but nothing special. The price was astronomical. Absolutely not worth over $300 a night. Especially considering there is no kitchen, no breakfast, and the room is average. Only stay here if you can get a reasonable price.

The blanket on my bed was ripped to shreds at the top and stuffing was coming out. I also specifically booked this hotel to use the hot tub and nowhere online did it say the pool room was entirely out of order.

There were live “bugs” in the bathroom by the toilet and under the vanity. After they were reported, they were swept up, only to have more in the same area and climbing up the shower curtain. Additionally with the exchange of dirty towels for clean ones we were told they had no washcloths. This made it very difficult to bathe with hand towels. I inquired about the availability of Kleenex, since there was an empty container in the bathroom. I was told they no longer place them in the rooms (although they continued to leave the cover in the rooms). But somehow a box of Kleenex was found in the container when we returned to the room. I was very disappointed with the accommodations and the service.

Condition of the room was terrible. Opening the door you were hit with a very bad wall of musty odor. There was no soap in the room, there was no hair dryer in the room for my wife to use and the AC did not seem to work properly. i believe now that the filter in the AC was never changed or cleaned causing musty odor. It persisted thru out the night. I hope we do not come down with some form of respitory infection because olf it!!!!!

This hotel is my weekend get away spot. Hotel has some beautiful scenery. It's quiet. Offers an excellent breakfast. Staff at the cafe are wonderful. Nice fridge and microwave is offered in the room to accommodate. Some construction was going on so it was noisy at times during Saturday day. Also, the room was very hot but I was able to adjust the room temperature . I'll be back.

Employees were very nice, hotel room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I am a diabetic, and we had no refrigerator in our room for my insulin. There was a spot for one and there was just a bucket.. facility is under construction and seemed disjointed.

This property is perfect if you are going to the ******! This is my second time staying and I would stay again.
