格里夫瑪麗亞特蕾西亞酒店(Greif Hotel Maria Theresia)

Ho viaggiato 30 anni per il mondo per lavoro e devo dire che l’hotel lo considero da 3 stelle e non da 5. Il prezzo (vero che era durante la barcolana) partiva da 250€ la doppia. Considero buona la colazione, il personale super gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita, ma spoglia, impersonale insomma non certo sa 5 stelle. Il bagno da rivedere nel suo generale. Se fosse un hotel da 120/130 € a notte ci tornerei, ma non a 200 e oltre euro, ho trovato hotel migliori a Trieste centro a buon prezzo per un 3 o 4 stelle. Non voglio offendere nessuno, ma questo è il mio personale parere in base alle mie esperienze e conoscenze ed auguro a tutto il personale il meglio che possano avere in quanto se lo meritano .

Hotel in posizione strategica a pochi minuti da Trieste ....la struttura si presenta da fuori molto ben curata ...il personale gentile e disponibile H24. Il positivo di questo hotel finisce qua !! Viaggio da 30 anni in tutto il mondo e qualche hotel mi sembra di averlo visto !! Questo hotel ha sicuramente 5 stelle per la presenza di una spa molto basica con palestra (molto modesta)un bagno turco e sauna discreti ben disposti e una piscina con acqua freddissima (26gradi che significa fredda !!) In ambiente molto asettico che non trasmette un senso di relax. La stanza vista mare parliamo di 200€ a notte veramente fuori da ogni idea di hotel 5 stelle !!doccino per fare la doccia tutto incrostato dal calcaree la vasca vecchia tutte le guarnizioni da rifare ratoppate alla meglio crepe nei muri molta polvere ovunque . In una settimana di permanenza se non chiedevi di rifare la stanza ogni mattina non la facevano perché disponibili solo dalle 7 alla 10 circa perché poi le inserviente sparivano nel nulla . Rifare la stanza era rifare il letto(male) e mettere 3 asciugamani puliti e svuotare il cestino stop !! Mai cambiato gli accappatoi e le ciabatte che si usano anche per la spa mai svuotato le bocchette di bagno schiuma lasciate in doccia vuote(quindi in una settimana immaginate quante ce ne erano ) mai una spolverata in terra perché le cose rimanevano esattamente come venivano lasciate da noi . Signori parliamo di un hotel a 200€ a notte un 5 stelle !! In cui la cura delle stanze del cliente dei servizi deve essere ai massimi livelli !! Queste sono realtà che trovi sono in Italia in altre parti del mondo questo è un hotel 3 stelle da 100€ a notte !! MEDITATE GENTE

Abbiamo scoperto questo Hotel per caso e devo dire che è stata una bella scoperta! Camere piccole ma curate, personale gentilissimo Appena arrivati ci è stato offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto nel giardino, che relax! Personale gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!!

I don't often give 1 star reviews but there this hotel's representation is so misleading that there is no alternative. At best a 2 star hotel given the lack of ammenities and service. Hotel room was dirty; building materials in the "garden"; no restaurant; awful breakfast. We were meant to have a sea view but we were on a lower floor and could not see the sea (I am not convinced that any rooms have a sea view given the building opposite).

Great view! Good service. Unfortunately air conditioning did not work. We opened windows and city street noise was very loud.

We had a nice time, the rooms are clean and cool. The view in our family room was particularly nice, with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful so the service was great (we had issues with the fridge in our room and it was fixed as soon as we came back to the room). But I just can‘t agree with this being a five star establishment, which is what I payed for. The rooms are perfectly clean but there are stains on the curtains and on the wall, bathroom appliances are old and it shows. Breakfast was alright but not a five star experience either, bread was mostly stale, butter was a melted greasy mess, coffee was a disappointment. The spa area was also very clean but only open for guest for 4 hours, from 4-8 pm -which is a shame it could have so much improved our stay!

This hotel is not 5* hotel The room is quite small and even the window is closed you still hear a lot of noise from the street. The toilet seat is broken and breakfast is poor. I will not recommend this hotel.

If you expect a 5 star experience, please forgot it. Hotel is located on the street side, o a very busy road. We asked for a sea room, which was very noisy, because of the window, which was not closing properly. Internet is working fine. Sleeping quality is on average level, all the furniture is an old and no refurbished style. Personnel is very polite, willing to assist you in any way. But the problem remain with the atmosphere, which is very old. Is you want to have an access to the sea side, you have to choose an upper floor. Spa is o.k. with a medium swimming pool. Breakfast is very poor for a 5 star expectation. Maybe 4*.
