格魯吉亞齊南達利莊園麗笙精選酒店(Tsinandali Estate, A Radisson Collection Hotel)

We stayed at tsinandali estate for 5 days from the 1st to 6th of October. We are a young couple with a baby of 2years. My wife was 5 months pregnant at that time. We booked originally the junior suite but upgraded to the best suite before reaching the hotel few days before. (this is the best room and most expensive one: in total for the room it was 2873 EUR so 575 EUR per night). All that to say that we had expectations on the service to match the cost...however it hasn't been up to expectations. The estate is beautiful, the outdoor and indoor facilities of the domain are awesome, no complains about that. But however the service does not follow. First of all, I found the suite rather small for this price. Anyway, the poor experiences starts off when we arrived on the 1st Oct afternoon, after 2h30 drive from Tbilisi. No vallet /bell boy came to help us with the luggages or the car we had to explicitly request help, on the other hand, we were promptly asked to move the car from the entrance because of some events (others guests needing the space). I was supprised that they did not offer these services naturally. Then we were told at the reception that the room wasn't ready and have a walk and wait for an hour. We went to the restaurant with our 2Y old baby only to find out more than 2h later that the room wasn't ready yet. Finally we were given a standard room to wait...no update was given, I had to go multiple times to the reception and call for updates. A the end the room was given very late past 7pm and thankfully the upgrade was not charged for the 1st night as a gesture however the damage was done. The poor experience continues then. Having to change room with a baby close to sleeping time etc..when we finnaly got the room, the wooden baby crib was broken (the baby could arm himself with the broken arms of the crib but apparently the staff didn't bother to check.). It needed to be changed, it was yet already near time to sleep for our baby. we had to ask for additional towel for the baby every single day because they were not planned and towels were removed during daily cleaning and replaced only by 2 big towels. The staff/hotel management appeared very cheap with the toiletries and amenities, as they would only change it if you utilise it fully (however remember that we are still paying 575 EUR a night remember..), there was one day especially when the room was not vaccum on the Oct 4th, it was obvious because the baby had drop biscuits the day before... I just don't understand how can this be possible on a suite, the best suite? This was what trigger ma discussion with the reception and the manager and although they finally cleaned the room afterwards and addressed our demands, yet again the damage was already done in a sense that our experience was tarnished. Eventually to cut it short, no further compensation /commercial gesture was granted.

Отдыхали всей семьей, вечером после 18:00 нет никаких развлечении для детей и взрослых, Скажу что очень плохо !!!! так это постельное белье и подушки старые , причём во всей их сетке одна и та же проблема , матрасы старые и подушки все нужно выкинуть и поменять, и еще в номерах очень плохо убираются, ковралин грязный с пятнами тоже нужно бы заменить, для такого уровня должно быть стыдно! Обслуживание очень хорошее, территория тоже очень красивая и ухоженная, классно что есть музей на территории Дворец Александра Чавчавадзе. Если сравнивать мы в прошлом году были в Vazisubani Estate вот там в номерах очень чисто и есть все для 5 звезд, территория там меньше!! Завтраки очень вкусные , очень понравились лобиани из слоенного тесто в грузинской кухне! Номера прямо портят все впечатления Поменяйте пожалуйста матрасы и подушки с кавролином!!!!!!

Fantastico posto , una perla ,davvero sono rimasto colpito da questo meraviglioso hotel,tutto fantastico dal cibo al personale è stato tutto perfetto . Ho mangiato un caciapuri penovani incredibile! Complimenti a tutto lo staff ,spero di tornare

Can’t wait to plan our next trip to this hotel! It is a gorgeous property that has excellent rooms, facilities and restaurants. The hotel is situated in the Tsinandali Estate, which is a beautiful and magical place. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff - Elena from the reception and the restaurant staff are lovely!

The location is a fabulous, the clean and comfortable room, breakfast was delicious, swimming pool and spa ideal staff is very kind, respectful and super helpful, bartender levan was a great and smiling person , the pool view is also very beautiful

A place with an outstanding view, my favorite is the pool area🫶 attentive staff, especially Levan✨ So my positive recommendation for everyone ✅ there is too many place for fun. Also you need yo see Library and egypt style restaurant.

Не в первый раз посещаю это очаровательное место, куда хочется возвращаться не раз. После посещения впервые в 2022 году, эмоции настолько переполняли, что немедленно опубликовал свой отзыв с фотографиями в Гугл, который просмотрели несколько десятков тысяч человек. В этот раз, впечатления были не столь острые но не менее положительные. С удовольствием вернусь еще.

Оцениваю отель как превосходный.Но хотелось бы посоветовать ресторану уделять внимание гостям со специальной диетой (тем, кто не ест острое и соль). Повару было трудно приготовить что-то индивидуальное.
