The room was clean, and quiet-- I will definitely return should I be in the area again.

Pros: Nice towels, Great free breakfast, Friendly helpful staff and Nice (hot) shower pressure. Cons: 1st this is a MOTEL not a hotel 2nd: my room was in the back and was facing the highway. I had to put in my head phones and play calming music to drown out the noise 3rd the floors were 1990s ceramic tile, the beds were way too firm, the bed coverings thin and uncomfortable, and the sink area was outside of the enclosed shower and toilet. You get the idea. This was an outdated motel from the 80s or 90s. Maybe even older. I won’t be staying here again.

Pet friendly stay. Hotel staff was able to accommodate us. Will definitely stay with this place again.

Good: Location was convenient and a restaurant was next door (chicken wrap was good; sweet potato fries were soggy). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was marginal. Bad: Had to clean & sanitize the room. Multiple hairs in the sink. Bug & fingernail on the sink counter. Toothpaste on mirror frame. View (I have pictures) was disgusting. Room backed up to noisy freeway !! We're a BW member, and would like a discount.

there were a lot of insects in my room! I asked spraying to kill them. but after spraying, the smell was very bad in the room . afer several claims ,the hotel gave me change the room, while moved the room, my electric charger was damaged also! and the new room was also dirty. it is very bad experience this time!

Convenient to highway. Pool was exceptionally buggy. Bathroom - urine at the base of the toilet - both sides. Hair on the floor that was not ours. Not sparkling clean Bedroom area - Dusty Chairs had dust and debris in the seam where the cushion met the back. This room needed a deep cleaning. Not the quality of clean one expects from Best Western!

Was very surprised no elevator to 2nd floor as it was difficult to carry heavy awkward luggage upstairs. Tripped on the stairs and injured my head on the stairwell. Once I stopped the bleeding, the ladies at the Desk were very helpful with a first aid antibacterial ointment to treat my cut head. Luckily I had bandages with my things. The rooms main entrance door was also very loose once locked and secured and should be properly fixed. That being said, the room is very clean and comfortable and I would stay again, but would certainly need a ground floor room, especially after a long tiring drive. Post script, Not sleeping well though due to swelling and soreness, at least not yet .

If they put you in a room next to the highway you’ll hear loud trucks all night

The room was ok, not that clean. Floors were dirty. Things I wish I knew before booking: The beds are very tall and there’s no elevator.
