沒有電梯，房間在第三層。我們預訂了 2 個房間，所有房間都在 70 年代以上。我們中的 Teo 已經 79 歲以上了。沒有幫助把我們的行李放在我們的房間裡。想像一下。
沒有早餐。 tge 辦公室裡的鬆餅和咖啡機。沒有座位。當尋求幫助和答复時離開這個地方。

I rarely write reviews, but the front desk manager was so bad I have to give a caution for others in my situation. I had been driving all day and we happened to get to the hotel at 2:30. We had a flight out at 2am so this room was only meant to catch some sleep. the front desk manager would not allow for any exception to check in less than 30 min early.
It wasnt that the room was not ready, she just didnt allow it. we were tired and got the joy of sitting in the parking lot watching not the best hotel guests coming in and out of the parking lot. I for sure would not take my kids to this place.

Upon check in the room that I reserved was not available, I had to wait until the next day to get the room. When I asked for dishes, staff brought some but I had to go get all of the dishes. Elevator out of service. Piles of garbage sitting in the stair wells which caused flies and my room was right above all the garbage.

The kitchenette had no cookware, dishes, or utensils. There were gnats flying around the room. Towels in bathroom looked clean, as did the old refrigerator. The check in attendant was rude, although the morning clerk was pleasant.The shower water pressure was low and took a long time to warm up.

It served it's purpose. The room was clean, but there were no utensils or cookware, but with Covid, it didn't matter. We unfortunately were next to the boiler room so the faucet in the tub would leak then stop.
The location felt safe. It's just off the highway, but tucked away. It was easy to get to stores and conveniences. The other guests and staff were friendly.
It's not super run down like the less expensive hotels/ motels available, but it's not super swanky like a 5 star hotel. You absolutely get what you pay for. If you need a place to sleep and stay for a few days it does the trick.

Gross! I booked a non smoking room & my room smelled like smoke! It made all my clothes smell & stunk my car up. I had to stop and throw all my things in that room in a plastic bag. That’s not even the worst, when I arrived some junkie was in a car in the parking lot nodding off. Pee & a bra in the hall near the broken elevator. The upstairs room was loud and partying. Ugh, never again. Tried to open window but no screen. The girl at the front desk was nice tho. Also in a seedy little culdesac. Go stay in the one in Kent.

It qas very clean and very nice. When we went there the elevator couldnt go to the 1st floor because the button popped out and wouldnt work and it wad the weekend so you could go up but going back down to the 1st floor wouldnt work, but there wasnt anything they could do because it broke saturday morning.
It was a bit surprising to have to be buzzed into the office, but i never felt unsafe.

This place is disgusting and misleading. I reserved a queen bed and it was a full size. This place is dirty and has delinquents hanging around, smoking, day and night.
