阿莫爾客房酒店(Amor Rooms)

Excelente lugar el habiente es muy relajante, me encanto la comodidad de las habitaciones,aparte de estar todo muy limpio, disfrute mucho la vista al manglar me pareció muy relajante. Cuenta con piscina, el personal es muy amable Jesús su gerente siempre está disponible con buena vibra. Definitivo volvería muy buena ubicación. 🇲🇽❤️

Un concepto muy diferente, vivir la experiencia en la jungla y muy cerca del mar fue lo que más nos gustó, volveremos pronto para conectarnos con la naturaleza, todo está cerca, incluso la reserva de Sian Ka'an nos quedó a tan solo 15 minutos aproximadamente, me gustó mucho el área de los manglares, el gerente siempre nos apoyó incluso de manera digital vía WhatsApp, la señora de la limpieza es un amor, felicidades al equipo del hotel, muy bonito todo

Es un hotel bastante acogedor, muy bonito y cuidado, me gustó mucho que a lado podía desayunar en matcha mama, y por las noches del otro lado esta una pizzería italiana, si caminas te encuentras con muchos y diversos club de playa así como varios restaurantes, la alberca me gustó mucho y el staf es muy amable y servicial, voy a regresar con toda mi familia por la privacidas que ofrecen.

Best location you could ask for. Walking distance to everything you would need for a true Tulum experience. 4 min walk from the best yoga studio, my favorite beach clubs to hang out at, shops, restaurants and the party zone (when in the mood for it)! Bed was large and comfy! Cori the manager and staff were so kind and friendly. I felt safe and taken care of! The suites are stylish and “on brand” with Tulum! I will definitely return!

We stayed for 7 nights at Amor Rooms for a bachelor party. The rooms were gorgeous and kept clean. The hotel itself is very quiet but within walking distance to all the clubs, bars and beaches. Trust me, you don’t want to stay at a hotel with a club in Tulum. Finally Paulina was awesome and helped us book at highly sought after places on a short notice. Highly highly recommend and will be back to visit for sure!

The staff is what makes Amor Rooms full of love. The previous property manager Lourdes was nothing but exceptional. She was incredible. The new property manager Jesus is exceptional. He is kind, humorous, helpful and goes above and beyond to help the guests. He was extremely understanding and flexible to help all my requests and needs. He was patient and would communicate in a timely manner. He was accommodating to not only me but some friends I referred to the property. They all said amazing things about him too. Jesus was beyond great. He was perfect. Thank you Jesus. Roberto, the other caretaker and property manager is such a sweetheart. He truly is a kindhearted man who has nothing but good energy, intentions and extends his hand to help in any situation. Amor Rooms translates to a boutique oasis. The intimate design and intentional architecture is perfectly done. Cameron, the owner, has has tastefully crafted the rooms to provide a sense of chic, bohemian and ottoman tastes. Expect a romantic and chic boutique experience. The room has ample room for two or even three. The bed is enormous and comfortable. The water runs great. The amenities in the room are superb. The location is great. Perfectly close enough for reaching the main ***** and restaurants by foot yet far enough to have your own privacy and quiet time. It’s a lovely boutique hotel and has only been getting better and better. Thank you, Cameron. Thank you, Lourdes. Thank you, Roberto. Thank you, Jesus. Super well located in the middle of Tulúm beach road. The rooms facing the jungle have lots of space and are very cute designed The staff is very friendly and helpful. You are just a few steps from the beach, and you can even grab breakfast at matcha mama! Loved the stay!

I really liked the design - new, contemporary and stylish, host communication was very friendly and helpful, all needed in the room, 3 ventilators, safe territory with pool and area around. You can have breakfast in matcha mama in the corner

Overall the hotel is nice, clean & relaxing. They don’t have a receptionist/front desk so you need to communicate through whatsapp. It’s right next to matcha mama which is great! Also they don’t have A/C only 3 fans in the ceiling but still very hot. I didn’t see any crazy insects until I arrived home and opened my back pack and noticed a black scorpion that almost gave a heart attack and killed me! Lol (overall nice place & great location but no ac & be careful for the scorpions)
