中央公園 PHC 酒店

El alojamiento es de fácil acceso, cerca de la zona centro de tulum, 10 min en vehículo de la zona hotelera, en bici en 35 min aprox, la habitación en especial no fue de nuestro agrado, sin embargo cumple con lo indispensable, la regadera no servía, había momentos del día en que no salia agua, aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo, en el anuncio mencionaba que tenia netflix y no funcionaba, adicional al hacer check-in nos indicaron que no tenían nuestro registro, que el dueño no aviso, vimos este anuncio en airbnb, el Internet era intermitente. Indicaba que había jabón de cuerpo para ducha y solo había shampoo.

Es un buen lugar para pasar el tiempo, tiene una alberca es muy buena, a mis amigo a mi nos gusto mucho, el lugar puede ser tranquilo y por ello se puede pasar el tiempo y descansar a gusto, el servicio fue muy bueno con nosotros.

Quedé maravillado con mi estadia aquí. Sin duda lo que más disfrute fue la vista que tiene la alberca. Las ameninades son buenas y el servicio al cliente estuvo muy bien. Los desayunos sabían deliciosos en verdad.

New building and nice public areas, but the Staff makes the experience deplorable, they are not helpful at all. At night there is no security people at the door, they are inside at the pool area looking at the rooms windows, I needed to close the curtains to feel a little privacy. During the day I went to the pool to get some tan and the security guys where staring at me all time, they stick around all day and when you need something and ask for help they always answer "I don't know". The room is good with A/C, but i just never feel safe in there. I would not recommend to stay at Central Park. Im never saying there again.

Apartment is quite good, clean tidy. Hotel, no atmosphere staff not helpful as each apartment is owned privately and if owner is not paying the hotel a fee to rent out the apartment they are not that interested. Biggest issue is the aircon, it’s centralised and you have no control over it. You cannot change temperature or speed. If you want to turn it off it’s at the fuse box!! This is the basics of what you need in a hot place,?it’s a joke.

Scam, be aware. After I paid for my last month of rent and utilities they cut off the power and locked me out of the apartment with my things in it without refunding me. Do not stay here. Asked me to sign something to make it ok for them to scam me for a full month of rent just to retrieve my belonging.

We went to Central Park in June with the Levittown Library. The tour presented by tour guide Jason was spectacular. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about Central Park and New York City. Jason is one of the best tour guides we’ve ever encountered. He was informative and offered advice on future trips throughout the city.

Fatal, ya habia ido antes y me habia encantado, por eso regrese, pero ahora que volvi ya no tienen nada, no ofrecen desayunos, YA NO TIENEN BEACH CLUB (porque eso dice en la página), la atención es pesima, no te ofrecen ni agua cuando llegas. PESIMO PESIMO. NO VOLVERIA NUNCA, aparte todo queda lejos, no es necesario quedarte ahi, hay mil mejores opciones.
