科羅拉多河蟾蜍酒店(Bufo Alvarius)

This sanctuary feels poorly managed. We had problems from the beginning with them losing our reservations and having to change our reservations and everytime i called it was a different person that was not on the same page as the last person. I would respond to emails they sent and nobody ever got my responses. It seemed very chaotic and poorly run. Although we loved our facilitators, the ceremony itself felt very business like- having to be on a schedule. You cannot rush this process with a schedule. I think the whole day should be available for the guest doing the ceremony. Also its on a very loud and busy street. I could hear the cars/horns in the background while in my teepee for my ceremony. Thankfully we paid for the integration tour afterwards but i feel this should be part of the package no matter what for people. The integration is the most important part and without the help of specific staff (gracias Til and Jesus) we wouldve felt very lost. And the integration should be longer than one 3hr session- it should be required and build in for days after for support and healing. I feel like bufo sanctuary will take anyone's money and does not take the time and effort to make sure people are as protected as possible and as cared for as possible. With the exception of specific staff mentioned who were extremely caring and helped us afterward when they were not required to by any means.

Bufo Alvarius Sanctuary in Tulum Mexico was an amazing experience. The facilitators, Mario, Lynn, and Tiffany were all incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. I would highly recommend this experience to any traveler who is adequately prepared. The sanctuary is located in a beautiful, secluded area of Tulum. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming. The facilitators were all very experienced with Bufo Alvarius, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I was comfortable with the process.

Un lugar que recomiendo de Tulum. Sus habitaciones son hermosas. Sus áreas comunes impecables y muy armónicas. Además de la posibilidad de poder sanar con las medicinas ancestrales. Gracias por todo ✨

Me encanta el concepto del Lugar, es muy agar afable y espiritual, me gustan todas las terapias para sanar cuerpo, mente y alma, la atención es muy buenas, las habitaciones súper limpias y organizadas, el servicio muy bueno, hay spa y gimnasio, si vienen a Tulum, vengan a este Hotel y centro holístico, se los recomiendo.

This has to be the best value for the dollars spent that I’ve ever experienced on a hotel/ air bnb/ etc. From the friendly staff, to the welcoming kitty that “I think” lives there, to the feeling of being in the deep forest while only minutes from downtown- this place has it all. If you are looking for luxury, this probably isn’t it. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience at an incredible value- this is it. Beware that you are on a main ***** with night clubs and bars, however, it isn’t too bad.

The most beautiful place and beautiful staff. Do yourself a favor and experience this magical place! Truly best decision of my life. This place gives love and trust a whole new meaning. I can’t wait to go back again

El lugar es como un jardin con una alberca tipo fontana y una area para hacer gym. Muchas plantas y verde.... Arededor container adaptado a cuartos... La idea es linda solo que son realmente chiquitos los cuartos, el baño parece de estar en casa rodante.... Falto el agua caliente 3 veces en dos dias.... No limpiaron el cuarto. El restaurante estaba cerrado por toda la estancia y abrio solo la mañana que salimos... Tenia solo caldo de birria.... Nada de cafe o otra cosa. En la estrutura puede pasar por el estacionamento o por el restaurante sin pasar por la recepcion.... Ninguno averigua nada... Cualquier persona puede pasar..... Una vez vi en la noche uno que estaba dormiendo en una hamaca y puede ser que era algo como una guardia. Un ladro puede entrar sin ningun problema..... A solo docientos metros atras del lugar esta el barrio mas peligroso de tulum.... Famos por ser completamente abusivo 2 de octubre.

algo diferente en cuanto al concepto me parece bien. no me gusto subir unas escaleras muy altas (no piensan en gente adulta) no hay television y la persona que nos atendió decía no hablar español (no le creí), tampoco hay muchas opciones para comer cerca (ir a pie)

Tras investigar durante unos cuantos meses finalmente me decanté por este lugar para hacer la ceremonia del Bufo Alvarius. Lo único que puedo decir es que ha sido algo IMPRESIONANTE, no existen palabras para descubrir lo vivido. Ha pasado justamente una semana y todo ha cambiado para bien, sin lugar a dudas. Quiero agradecer infinitamente a los chamanes que me acompañaron en esta experiencia, han sido dos personas (chico y chica) increíbles, es una pena no acordarme de sus nombres pero pero los tengo muy presentes. Un lugar 100% recomendable si quieres hacer dicha ceremonia.
