Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing food. It has exceeded all of our expectations. 10 stars! Will definitely be coming back. The staff is amazing, always trying to accommodate you at the best level. . The decor, cleanliness and atmosphere makes you wanna stay there forever. We love la zebra. Great price as well. Makes is extremely reasonable. Thank you for your hospitality and amazing time in Tulum.

The sea view room is perfect! The room is clean and cozy. Restaurants nearby were really expensive but worth it! The staff is friendly.

Pasamos un día solamente y una noche pero nos gustó mucho la atención del Personal del hotel. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y cómodas. La habitación y el baño muy bien y la playa excelente y limpia. Sería bueno que la llave de la habitacion no sea física, es incómodo, además de que no se cierra con seguro si no le das vuelta a la llave, se me quedó abierta la habitación una vez, disminuye la percepción de seguridad

Es un bello hotel familiar en el corredor de hoteles de Tulum. Muy bonito, a pie de playa. Ideal sobre todo para parejas con niños pequeños. Me encanto porque es un hotel boutique que tiene mucho lujo pero todo muy cercano, hay habitaciones con vista y acceso directo al mar. Increíble lugar.

Todo excelente, solo el restaurante bastante caro para la calidad de los alimentos. El precio no estaba relacionado a lo que recibias, pero el hotel hermoso y vale la pena.

Tiene una playa hermosa, en general las instalaciones del hotel muy bien. La comida rica ….

The hotel was nice, the pool a little hidden, room was very comfortable, the beach this time of year was perfect but I was very disappointed with Tulum itself. I travel a lot all over the world and never have I spent so much on food and drinks...ridiculous. Tulum also has one road which is filled with pot holes and the only way to get to restaurants for pedestrians and cars, Tulum is definitely way over rated and way overpriced, Never again, it is like being robbed with a smile. No thank you.

This property is located in the sweet spot on the main ***** in Tulum where it is quiet enough on the beach side that you don't hear too much loud noises yet it is walkable to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and it is simply just a haven tucked in Tulum. We did the complimentary Mezcal tasting by the beachfront. Our room was amazing...a stone throw to the beach which also came with a private cabana that we can use any time during our stay. Overall this hotel is great for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. 5 STARS!
